Transition from Divastyle to Torrid Insider
Q: Why are you discontinuing your Divastyle program?
A: We wanted to simplify our loyalty program and give our best customers even better rewards.
Q: Why is the new program better?
A: With our new Torrid Insider program, you’ll start earning (and getting) your rewards sooner! You’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent, with a $10 reward for every 200 points earned. Plus, you’ll receive special offers on your birthday and on your Torrid Insider anniversary, as well as exclusive access to special events and more.
Our new Torrid Insider program also rewards our best shoppers: once you’ve earned 1000 points, you’ll reach Platinum level—and earn rewards even faster!  As a Torrid Insider Platinum member, you will earn 1.5 points for every $1 you spend. Plus, you'll get free standard shipping online for all purchases made in the 48 contiguous states, and you will also get 50% off shipping rates for standard shipping for online purchases to be shipped to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or countries other than the United States. 
Q: When does the program change?
A: The new program will start in late July, 2014.
Q: I am a Divastyle member, do I need to join Torrid Insider?
A: No, you will automatically be enrolled in the Torrid Insider program.
Q: I am a Divastyle member, will my loyalty number change when the program changes?
A: No, your loyalty number will remain the same in the Torrid Insider program.
Q: I have qualified for my 5% Divastyle discount, will I lose it?
A: No. You will be able to continue to use your 5% discount until your expiration date, plus you will be able to earn all of the benefits of the Torrid Insider program.
Q: I have not qualified for my 5% Divastyle discount, can I still qualify?
A: Yes. The new program will start in late July, 2014, so you have until that time to qualify for your 5% Divastyle discount.
Q: Do I still get my birthday discount?
A: Yes. You will continue to get your birthday discount.
Q: I am a Torrid Credit Card member; will I lose my rewards on my statements?
A: You will not lose your rewards, but they will no longer show on your statements. Instead you will be able to track your points and rewards by visiting us at www.Torrid.com/Insider.
Q: I am a Torrid Credit Card member and a Divastyle member; do I need to do anything?
A: No, you will automatically be enrolled in the Torrid Insider program.
Q: I am a Torrid Credit Card member but not a Divastyle member; do I need to do anything?
A: No, you will automatically be enrolled in the Torrid Insider program. But we highly recommend that you create an account at www.Torrid.com/Insider so you can track your points and rewards.

Q: What is Torrid Insider?
A: Torrid Insider is our exciting new rewards program for the loyal Torrid shopper. There are no sign-up or membership fees, and your membership is valid in all Torrid stores as well as online at Torrid.com.
Q: What are the benefits of being a Torrid Insider?
A: The benefits for signing up include: 1 point for every dollar you spend, with a $10 reward for every 200 points earned. Plus, you’ll receive special offers on your birthday and Torrid Insider anniversary, as well as exclusive access to special events and more.
Q: Does it cost anything to join the Torrid Insider program?
A: No, there is no cost to join.
Q: How do I join?
A: See an associate at a Torrid store or enroll online at www.Torrid.com/Insider.
(Note: Torrid Insider is currently only available in select stores. Online enrollment will not be available until late July, 2014.)
Q: How will you use my contact information?
A: We respect and protect the privacy of our members, so your information will never be shared and will be used for Torrid Insider purposes only.

Torrid Insider points
Q: How do I earn points?
A: To make sure you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, provide your Torrid Insider number or phone number to a Torrid associate at in-store checkout, or login to your account at online checkout.
Q: How many points do I need to earn a reward?
A: Every 200 points will earn you a $10 reward.
Q: Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?
A: No, there is no maximum number of points you can earn. You get $10 for every 200 points earned.
Q: How long will it take for my points to show up in my account?
A: Points can take up to 3 days to show in your account.
Q: Do Torrid Insider points ever expire?
A: Yes. If no purchases are made on your account for 13 consecutive months, your points will expire.
Q: What happens to my points if I make a return?
A: If you make a return, points will be deducted from your account. 1 point will be deducted for every $1 you return.
Q: What happens if my current point balance is less than the amount of points deducted for a return?
A: If there are not enough points available in your account, it will result in a negative point balance. Subsequent purchases will work your status back to a positive balance.
Q: How can I track my points?
A: You can track your points by accessing your online account at www.Torrid.com/Insider.
Q: What should I do if my points are not showing on my online account?
A: Points usually post within 48 to 72 hours but can take up to 5 days. For online purchases, points do not post until the order is shipped and your credit card is charged. If you have any other questions or concerns, please call our customer service department at:

Torrid Insider rewards
Q: How do I earn a reward?
A: Every $1 you spend will earn you 1 point; and for every 200 points earned, you will receive a $10 reward.
Q: Is there a maximum number of rewards I can earn?
A: No.
Q: I have more than one reward; can I use more than one at a time?
A: Yes. In store you can use as many rewards as you want, but online you can only use a maximum of 10 rewards per one transaction.
Q: How long will it take for my rewards to show up in my account?
A: Once you reach 200 points, a reward will be issued immediately. But please remember that it can take up to 3 days for points to show in your account.
Q: How long are rewards valid?
A: Rewards are valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
Q: Can I use my rewards online?
A: Yes. You can use up to 10 rewards per one transaction online.
Q: How will I receive my rewards?
A: Your rewards will automatically be added to your Torrid Insider account once you have reached 200 points or more.
Q: Are there any exclusions when using or redeeming a reward?
A: Yes. Rewards cannot be used for gift cards, prior purchases, shipping, handling, taxes or donations.
Also, if you do not use your entire reward, you will forfeit the rest of the reward. Example: if your total purchase is $16.00 and you want to use two $10 rewards to pay for it, you will forfeit the remaining $4.00 of your $10 reward. Unfortunately, rewards not used in entirety will not be given back as cash.
Q: What happens to my reward if I make a return?
A: Rewards cannot be returned. We will refund the amount you paid for the transaction, but you will not get your reward back.

Q: What are the benefits of being a Torrid Insider Platinum member?
A: As a Torrid Insider Platinum member, you will earn 1.5 points for every $1 you spend. Q: How do I become a Torrid Insider Platinum member?
A: Once you earn 1,000 Torrid Insider points, you will automatically become a Torrid Insider Platinum member.
Q: Do Torrid Insider Platinum members earn points differently?
A: Yes. Torrid Insider Platinum members earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent.
Q: Do Torrid Insider Platinum members earn rewards differently?
A: No. For every 200 points, you will receive a $10 reward.
Q: How long am I considered a Torrid Insider Platinum member?
A: For one year. You must re-qualify for Platinum status each year by spending $200 within that year.

Torrid Insider credit card
Q: How do I get a Torrid Insider Credit Card?
A: First you must sign up for a Torrid Insider account by visiting us at www.Torrid.com/Insider or by seeing an associate at a Torrid store. (It’s free to join!) Then you can apply for a Torrid Insider Credit Card either in-store or online. Torrid Insider Credit Cards are subject to credit approval.
Q: Do Torrid Insider Credit Card members earn points differently?
A: No. You will still earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
Q: Do Torrid Credit Card members earn rewards differently?
A: No. You will still earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and a $10 reward for every 200 points you earn.
Q: Are there benefits to having a Torrid Insider Platinum Credit Card?
A: Yes! As a Torrid Insider Platinum Credit Card member, you will earn 1.5 points for every $1 you spend. Plus you will get free standard shipping online for all purchases made in the 48 contiguous states.
