TORRID INSIDER POINTS

How do I earn points?
To make sure you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, provide your Torrid Insider number or phone number to a Torrid associate at in-store checkout, or login to your account at online checkout.
How many points do I need to earn a reward?
Every 200 points will earn you a $10 reward.
Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?
No, there is no maximum number of points you can earn. You get $10 for every 200 points earned.
How long will it take for my points to show up in my account?
Points can take up to 3 days to show in your account.
Do Torrid Insider points ever expire?
Yes. If no purchases are made on your account for 13 consecutive months, your points will expire.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
If you make a return, points will be deducted from your account. 1 point will be deducted for every $1 you return.
What happens if my current point balance is less than the amount of points deducted for a return?
If there are not enough points available in your account, it will result in a negative point balance. Subsequent purchases will work your status back to a positive balance.
How can I track my points?
You can track your points by accessing your online account at www.Torrid.com/Insider.
What should I do if my points are not showing on my online account?
Points usually post within 48 to 72 hours but can take up to 5 days. For online purchases, points do not post until the order is shipped and your credit card is charged. If you have any other questions or concerns, please call our customer service department at:

TORRID INSIDER REWARDS

How do I earn a reward?
Every $1 you spend will earn you 1 point; and for every 200 points earned, you will receive a $10 reward.
Is there a maximum number of rewards I can earn?
No.
 
I have more than one reward; can I use more than one at a time?
Yes. In store you can use as many rewards as you want, but online you can only use a maximum of 10 rewards per one transaction.
How long will it take for my rewards to show up in my account?
Once you reach 200 points, a reward will be issued immediately. But please remember that it can take up to 3 days for points to show in your account.
How long are rewards valid?
Rewards are valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
Can I use my rewards online?
Yes. You can use up to 10 rewards per one transaction online.
How will I receive my rewards?
Your rewards will automatically be added to your Torrid Insider account once you have reached 200 points or more.
Are there any exclusions when using or redeeming a reward?
Yes. Rewards cannot be used for gift cards, prior purchases, shipping, handling, taxes or donations. Also, if you do not use your entire reward, you will forfeit the rest of the reward. Example: if your total purchase is $16.00 and you want to use two $10 rewards to pay for it, you will forfeit the remaining $4.00 of your $10 reward. Unfortunately, rewards not used in entirety will not be given back as cash.
What happens to my reward if I make a return?
Rewards cannot be returned. We will refund the amount you paid for the transaction, but you will not get your reward back.

How do I become a Torrid Insider Platinum member?
Once you earn 1,000 Torrid Insider points, you will automatically become a Torrid Insider Platinum member.
Do Torrid Insider Platinum members earn points differently?
Yes. Torrid Insider Platinum members earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent.
Do Torrid Insider Platinum members earn rewards differently?
No. For every 200 points, you will receive a $10 reward.
How long am I considered a Torrid Insider Platinum member?
For one year. You must re-qualify for Platinum status each year by spending $200 within that year.

How do I get a Torrid Insider Credit Card?
First you must sign up for a Torrid Insider account by visiting us at www.Torrid.com/Insider or by seeing an associate at a Torrid store. (It’s free to join!) Then you can apply for a Torrid Insider Credit Card either in-store or online. Torrid Insider Credit Cards are subject to credit approval.
Do Torrid Insider Credit Card members earn points differently?
No. You will still earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
Do Torrid Credit Card members earn rewards differently?
No. You will still earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and a $10 reward for every 200 points you earn.
Are there benefits to having a Torrid Insider Platinum Credit Card?
Yes! As a Torrid Insider Platinum Credit Card member, you will earn 1.5 points for every $1 you spend.
