International orders take 1-2 days to process and, once shipped, typically arrive within 10-14 business days. However, customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.

Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor Torrid can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Torrid has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Torrid, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact your local customs office for further information.

Why didn't my order ship via FedEx International Priority?
Countries and territories not serviced by FedEx, as well as all APO/FPO addresses, are shipped via either Purolator or DHL.
