Reviews aren’t giving! This dress is absolutely gorgeous! I live on the South of the East coast. The weather is warmer and this dress is PERFECT! I absolutely love the fit. Was surprised that the maxi didn’t go all the way to the ground. I am 5”6 and it was to my ankles. & True to size. Breathable material!

Love this! I recently discovered with my body shape this style dress is what I need to be flattered by a dress. I saw some reviews where ladies were less than thrilled by the fabric weight. I, on the other hand, love it. It’ll be perfect for hot summer days/evenings where I need some glam. It hides the over fluffy parts and elongates my height of 5’6”. Highly recommended.

Love the curves!
I bought this even though several others said the material was too thin. It is on the thinner side, however it draped so well on my bust and torso that it enhanced my curves. Anyway, i live in Hawaii, so the thinner material doesn't bother me.

Silky soft feel
I love this dress! It is so soft and slinky feeling. It is definitely not like normal bodycon fitted dress material. I was not expecting much from this dress because I don't like fitted bodycon dresses but loved the look of it so I used reward cash and haute cash to get a good deal on it and am so glad I did. It does run big but I liked that also. It hangs beautiful and helps conceal my apron. And it gives my apple shape a little bit of hour glass effect because of the gathering in front! And the length is perfect for me at 5'9. I would say stay with your normal size for a little looser fit or down size one or two sizes if you are wanting a more traditional bodycon fit.

I saw this and thought, “I’ll give it a try…) I did! In a smaller size! It fit! So flattering! The length is perfect for me (I’m 5’3”) and the dress hits at the top of feet. I’m so very happy with my purchase. The material is soft and kinda silky. The material I really can’t describe, but it’s nice. I can see wearing it with a shrug, blue jean vest or jacket, a tied button down shirt. The possibilities!

Can’t decide if I love it
I almost returned it because it’s made of a weird material I can only describe as swimsuit material. I showed a friend and she agreed but then I tried it on and she said it was way more flattering than she expected so I decided to keep it. It does make the girls look nice.

Ordered online, it arrived, and I was so excited to try it on. Unfortunately, it runs big and the top part was too loose (didn't even need to unzip to put it on). I am between a 0 and 1 and ordered a size 14 (according to the size chart I was borderline 16). Now it's sold out and I can't get a smaller size, which bums me out bc I tell I would have loved it.

Dress is true to size but I just wasn’t digging the fabric and how the front of the dress laid also felt like k was going to fall over in it because the ankle/leg space in the bottom wasn’t much room to walk. Unfortunately I returned the dress.

It's a 'No' from me
The fabric of this dress is thinner than normal but it does hold it's shape and would be fine in hotter weather and the twist is a nice feature. My problem is with proportions and the bust area was way to big which threw out the fit. Torrid has a great range but please remember when you size for the larger end of the scale, to do it in proportion, we don't have arms to our knees, nor does everyone have extra large boobs - I'm a DD cup and this was swimming on me. Unfortunately it was a return.

Bought this a little over a month ago and looking forward ro wearing this on my upcoming trip. I was hoping the material would feel a little nicer, but it's nice, lightweight and will be great for hot temperatures. Love the ruching and twist in the front of the dress to help with distracting from my gut, LOL
