I got this to wear as a shoulder cover with my reception dress. It’s a great fit and just the right amount of sparkle. It looks classy and not tacky. It would also look nice with a black dress.

Beautiful but runs small
This shrug is beautiful. Even more so in person. It’s a great length and I love that it covers the upper arms. However it runs really small. I’m typically a 1/2 in tops and I purchased a size 2. I’m going to return and size up to a 3 because I have no extra room to close it in the front (like the picture online). I do have broad shoulders but even if I didn’t I would still say to size up at least 1 size. Just my opinion! My 7 year old daughter thought it was for her when I took it out of the package based on its size lol!!!

Interesting cardigan
I should have listened to the reviews that the cardigan was a bit on the small side. I’m usually a size 00 but I should have gone up a side. I got it on clearance so unfortunately I can’t return it or exchange it. The top material also doesn’t feel the best on the skin, it’s kind of rough.

Runs small
Got this in my usual size and it runs very small. I realize it’s an open front shrug but was still tight around the arm holes. Fabric is acceptable for a holiday look but definitely not a luxe or expensive looking item. Got it at a good discount so am ok with that. Recommend sizing up and not worth paying full price.

Horrible Cut and Fit
I bought this a few weeks ago for a cover up for a dress I bought for my brother’s graduation. I fit in a size 2 in everything never had I had an issue. However this top fit me like an XL which shot my confidence down and what’s worse is I can’t even return it. I put it on and it doesn’t reach my chest. Not adding a video or photo because it embarrassed me. I felt so confident in buying this item because I always fit. This gave me the reassurance not to ever buy final sale items no matter if it’s torrid.

it fits super small and I can't wear it, it fits small on the shoulders. Super dissapointed as its a plus size 2 and it fits like a XL at best.

Quality Issues
I really wanted this to work. I need it for cruising on formal night and for concerts. It runs small and on side in the front hangs lower than the other which does not look good and not up to the standard I am used to from Torrid. I will be returning it to my local store.
