Love Theses!!!

No new lumps!
I bought these to wear under dresses and I love them so much. This is my first foray into Torrid and I was hesitant because I didn't actually know what signature waist meant and I was afraid it was gonna squeeze or make me lumpy. I'm so glad I sucked it up and tried them- I'm definitely gonna keep an eye out for more items in this "family"

I have not worn bike shorts before, but have recently started wera more dresses and wanted a bit more coverage underneath. These are amazing! Why didn't I wear bike shorts before? So soft and comfortable and keeps everything held in place!!

Peep Show Prevention!
I bought these shorts to wear under dresses to avoid the dreaded thigh chub rub and to prevent putting on a bit of the show on breezy days or when dancing at concerts, going up and down stairs, etc. These totally accomplish these goals! Love the wide waistband, the 5 inch length (though I’m tall at 5’8), the thickness of the fabric, and the pockets should I want to stash some extra cash when out and about or whatever. I bought a size 1 but could have probably gone with a 0. For reference, I weigh 225, don’t have much of a butt.
*dress not purchased at Torrid, just the shorts!

Great summer shorts
I bought these to wear under short dresses and to wear around the house on hot summer days. They’re perfect for both. Last night I fell asleep in them, they’re so comfortable. I knew they’d be short but that’s what I wanted. They don’t show seams through thin dresses but they would show through tight dresses. They also help with the chub rub. I didn’t have a problem with the legs rolling but I think that might just come down to sizing.

I said I'd be back for more and I did! One small thing I've noticed after wearing them a few times, is that the bottom of the shorts stretch a little throughout the day so they're not perfectly form fitting against my thigh. But honestly, I don't think anyone notices but me. I'm kinda short (5'4") so lots of shorts are longer on me than I'd like. These really are the perfect shorts for me!
