Need more colors!!!
I absolutely love these shorts. They can be worn to work or just casually. The material is cool and so comfortable. Torrid, please make more in more colors!! I would collect them all!! I am 5'5 and carry my weight in my waist and am uncurvy (lol)- these give off a-line vibes and make it seem like I have some shape. Highly recommend!!

Linen shorts
These shorts are true size. I love the coolness of these linen shorts. The length is perfect to hide my cellulite. The color is very pretty. The elastic in the back hugs my waist enough so it’s not tight and the double button at the waist prevents it from coming off.

Love these!
These are very comfy and look great too. Only down side is they are “dry clean only”.. if you’re not going to have them dry cleaned do not put them in the dryer! Lay them flat to dry and they are perfect.

Favorite new shorts
I hate buying shorts and was especially concerned about getting them online. I'm an apple shape and sometimes this makes the legs too big on me so I wasn't sure how these would work out. Turns out they're a huge win so I'm glad I took the chance. They're sooo flattering. The material is nice but not really dressy, so I can wear them with a number of tops and they're comfy too. They hit mid thigh in a spot where they cover up just enough but still make my legs look long and pretty (I'm 5'4 with most of my height in my legs, for reference).

The button was difficult for me to unfasten, but the shorts pulled right on with no issue due to the elastic band in the back. Would definitely recommend. Am wearing a size 3, currently weighing 307.

These are EVERYTHING!
These shorts are everything! They hang beautifully and are nice and light weight! They are a good length and the leg opening is just right. They are pretty high waisted but thats the look I wanted, I also got a size larger so when they shrink they shrink to the correct size :)

I really like these shorts, coming into winter I think they will also be cute with tights under. I don’t know that with bare legs they feel corporate America appropriate to me, but I might try with tights.

Great Shorts
These are great shorts. Bought a 14 and a 16 (I wear a size 1 in most Torrid items), and I will keep both. One is not quite loose enough and the other is a bit more loose than I like, but at the price I got them for...well worth it. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they are "dry clean only" (ugh!). Super fit in terms of how they drape and where they fall on my legs. Thanks Torrid!

material is great, they feel so fresh and comfy, size is just as describe, but the color is so much more dim than in the photo. The leg holes are really big! so my lefts look like straws in these but I hope they work for others

Overall it’s great
The only issue I have was there were several loose threads and when I went to remove one the hem of the right leg let go. I have to fix it. The fit is wonderful.

I had to return these because they were way too big around my waist. I debated exchanging them for the next size down but ultimately decided against it because they were little blah in person (they looked like they'd be a fancier material online). I'm giving it four stars though because I think they might be a good option for other people; they just weren't quite a match for me.
