Cute, purple bike shorts
Lovely, comfortable, has pockets, pretty color, soft fabric, the waist band is comfortable. Great for around the house, comfortable enough to sleep in. With a big T-shirt, I feel safe leaving the house wearing these. I am 60 years old and have never gotten comfortable wearing “leggings“ outside the house, and I am not about to start now. However, my 60 year old butt is happy in these pants and they easily blend in with other things I own. And purple is my favorite color. Thank you to Torrid for making these.

So Comfortable!
I am so happy I took a chance on these shorts. I was hesitant because they are ribbed, and I was worried about the fabric. I was surprised and excited to find they are soft, stretchy, opaque, and so so comfy. They are more breathable than the acivewear shorts I usually buy. The pockets are in the front, not the side, so won't hold your phone while walking; but they are not bulky or puffy and don't keep the shorts from lying smooth in front. I ordered both colors and am so glad I did. These are fantastic for everyday wear on these hot summer days. The fit is true to size.

Wowzers, love these shorts! They’re so comfortable and soft, I’m just obsessed with ribbed bras and pants right now. I like that these shorts have a flexible seam at the leg too, they don’t squeeze my thighs like a lot of my other Torrid bike shorts. And Torrid always keeps me coming back for this wide waistband - the stay-put power is unmatched. I adore not being forced to yank up my pants all day long. I got these in the plum-y purple, and it’s true to color, so pretty. I hope these come back next year in more colors, I’ll stock up.

I bought these on a whim because I love Torrid’s regular bike shorts and the rubber fabric, so I thought “Why not?” Boy am I glad I bought these!!! They’re so soft, and the fabric is super flexible without being baggy or I’ll-fitting or anything. Literally the comfiest shorts I’ve ever found. BRB buying more before they sell out!

comfiest bike shorts ever
i never thought i would use bike shorts as pjs before but these are comfy enough to do just that! the pockets and big, and they look nice enough to wear out and about too. In one day they’ve become by fav bike shorts ever, i need torrid to release them in bright colors for the summer so I can have a bunch!

Not my favorite material. Pills and looks very well worn after just a few wears and washes. Nice color. I'm wearing them as pajama shorts for the simple reason of the dingy worn out appearance they now have.

Truly awful quality
These are so so so comfortable, and wow the purple is even prettier in person, but after wearing them for about an hour I noticed lots of pilling and fuzz coming off. I’m between a 1 and 2 and got the 2 (6’ tall, ~230 lbs, smaller waist with bigger hips and thighs). I definitely could have sized down. These shorts are super stretchy without much compression. They are big enough on me that the legs slide up a bit, but it doesn’t bother me. They would get 5 stars if not for the quality issues. I’m no stranger to pilling on leggings, but these were truly next level. Honestly, they probably deserve 1 star since they were basically destroyed after an hour of wear, but they are so soft and comfortable I gave them 2. I’m hoping they will hold up as sleep shorts. If you want something to wear out more than once, these shorts are probably not for you.
