I partnered this with a black mini to go out with my husband it was perfect for the summer heat. I then partnered it with jeans for an indoor concert it was great. The sleeves can get a little bunched but nothing major. If your broad shouldered or very muscular in your arms you may find the sleeve tight.

I love the sleeves they are puffy but NOT 80's bridesmaid dress, just enough and they hide any "turkey wobble" your arms might have. The color is more green than blue like I would call it seafoam; it is still beautiful. I have received many compliments already. I like the neckline as the harper makes my boobs look like butt crack and is always too low. I love the georgette material. The length is nice you can hide your jiggly bits and lift your arms without your stomach showing with med rise pants.
