Flirty fun
I partnered this with a black mini to go out with my husband it was perfect for the summer heat. I then partnered it with jeans for an indoor concert it was great. The sleeves can get a little bunched but nothing major. If your broad shouldered or very muscular in your arms you may find the sleeve tight.

I returned it. The bust felt a little snug. The sleeves were a little poofy and elastic. I think if I went a size up it would have been too big.

Weird 1980s Puffy
I can't decide if I like this blouse. The material is nice - flowy and feminine - and the cut is flattering. It is versatile.....can be dressed up with black slacks or down with jeans......and it's pretty - who doesn't love polka dots? So, all that is good....but I am not a fan of the sleeves. They are puffy - like weird 1980s puffy - at the shoulders with pseudo shoulder pads - and tight around the arms. I had to keep pulling at the arms to loosen the elastic throughout the day. Runs true to size.

Cute print
Its true to size, and a cute print. I love the sleeves; they are just the right amount of puff. It is three stars for me because this shirt is cut extremely straight through the chest, stomach, hips and has a straight hem at the bottom. Not a flattering look for my hourglass shape...or many others!

Almost Cute
This shirt has the potential to be super cute, but the puff sleeves are uneven. There must be a better way to make puff sleeves so that they are consistently even. Otherwise the shirt is cute.
