Surprisingly comfortable! I loved them so much, I bought them in both brown and black. I wish they weren't wide, but this style works okay despite that.

Perfect fit
I ordered a size up 9WW, but I want to put insoles in for more comfort, perfect. They are comfortable and they look great with dresses, jeans, and leggings alike. I had fun trying on different items and they pair well prints!

Oh my, so chic!
I looooove these boots!! They are a perfect fit. I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but they look so chic. Whenever I am hesitant to buy something online with Torrid, I just do it, because returns are super easy whether shipping the return or going into the store. I think this is one of the BEST fall purchases I have ever made. Now I am going to get the cognac. 😊 I bought 11.5 black in the wide not the extra wide.

Nice Fit!
Great boot! Fit true to Torrid sizing. Wore these boots for the first time and they were very comfortable. They even included a curved zipper which makes them easier to zip up, a small but super efficient feature.

Good buy
These boots are pretty comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised, actually. My normal size is a 10, but bought a 9.5, regular calf. The zipper was fitted over my actual calf, but had room at the top of the boot. (my calf measurements were slightly smaller than the description states for a 9.5, so if you want to wear over jeans you might consider the extra wide calf?)
The padding on the inside seemed decent, and I felt like I wouldn't kill my feet if I wore them to a function, lol. The heel was a perfect height, and the rounded toe didn't pinch or squish my toes. In this size, I still had a little extra room but it wasn't uncomfortable. I feel that I can wear an actual boot sock (handy for winter wear!) or add an insert if needed.
The packaging was good for not having a box, the there were no scuffs or scrapes (thankfully).
Overall they are cute and look nice, and I'm looking forward to wearing them for the holidays.

Cute boots
O wasn’t sure about these because of how rounded the toe is but I decided to try them anyway. I normally get the extra wide calf but got the wide calf and they fit perfect! They’re not too tight and look very sleek and perfect. The heel isn’t too high or too low. These boots are just beautiful

Best Torrid Boots EVER!
I'm not sure about the previous review, as I measured my calves precisely and the size chart is correct. I grabbed the brown boots and now thinking about getting the black ones since they're so gorgeous! I don't like boots that scrunch up at all, and these are stiff enough (but not too stiff) that they look fitted and sleek. Probably the best Torrid boots I've ever purchased. Also, these have memory foam I think? It's SO comfortable to walk in, too. I'm usually an 8.5 and as Torrid shoe sizes go, I grabbed an 8, and it was maybe a SMIDGE small but I'm afraid if I got the 8.5, the shaft wouldn't look as sleek. HIGHLY recomend!

Fits ex-large calves
Okay this is for my bigger calf friends who can’t find a boot to fit their calves. Who may have once cried at another plus size store when not a single pair of boots they tried on fit. I got the extra wide width size 10 boots I have a 20.5 inch calf these fit! They will fit with skinny jeans too. They are extra comfy! I am typically a size 9 in shoes, but sized up for my calves and they are not too roomy.
If this pair didn’t work out I was not going to try boots again.
These boots will be the ones that fit if you have larger calves.
The only issue I have is at the ankle there is some bunching, but I will make that work

Let's be honest, getting any type of calf boot from Torrid is hit and miss. BUT this is a GREAT BOOT!
I bought the boot in regular wide and they fit perfectly. My calf is just around 19". I usually only wear no show non-slip socks with my boots, so I don't know if I could get them up with boot socks. They don't slip or give that slouch look after a few wears. I have a wide foot that gives the illusion of medium with, so the actual shoe part is perfect for me.
I loved the Cognac so much i ordered the black pair as well. They give such a cute, sleek vibe with a dress or skirt, but looks really cute with boots and leggings as well. If you're thinking about getting them, let this be your sign to press the purchase button!
