Absolutely loved this. I'm a true pear and this hugged my curves perfectly without being obscenely large on top. It is tight and will definitely show off any/all lumps and bumps, but with a shapewear body suit, I was set to dance the night away!

This dress is so cute and comfortable. I purchased a size 1 and it fits perfect. It shows off all my curves. I wore this to work and received compliments all day. It washes really well too. Thanks Torrid and Betsy Johnson. When we get into fall, it will look great with black tights and a black cardigan.

Great T-shirt dress
Wow I love this dress. The color is so pretty and the cut of the dress is perfect for curves. It’s definitely a fancy T-shirt dress. If you’re looking for a real structured dress this is not it. Easy to wear dressed up or with tennis shoes.

I love this dress! It fits very well and is the perfect length. I thought it was like a double knit when I ordered it but it's basically heavy t-shirt material which is better. It's not super stretchy but i like how it looks on me. Bonus points that my husband said he really liked it when I modeled it for him.

Shoulders are loose
It fits well everywhere except for the shoulders. Like other reviews have mentioned, the upper bust and sleeves seem too large. I wash and dried it a couple of times hoping it would shrink because I love the pattern and I know I want to keep and wear it regardless, and it fits so well everywhere else. But yeah… still a little loose. It’ll work well enough though. If you’re top heavy and broad shouldered, this is the perfect dress for you! Definitely comfy material too, and the pattern is just so cute.

I love this dress! The color and pattern are lovely, and the material is a thicker, good quality knit. I love the sweetheart neckline, my only small quibble is the shoulders are so wide, it's challenging to keep the bra straps out of sight. I wear between a 12 & 14 in Torrid clothing, size 38H bra, so I opted for the size 1, which fit well with just a bit of extra room. I did wear some med control Spanx underneath cuz the belly is my problem area and it looked great on me.
Wore it to work with a shrug and got tons of compliments all day.

1st time buying a dress in the “Foxy” fabric. VERY stretchy! There are NO zippers or buttons on this dress. I stepped into it & pulled it up over my waist & then onto my shoulders. The neckline is flattering. The gathered short sleeves are nice. I love the dainty floral print. Definitely a tight & form-fitting dress, so wear a thong or get seamless panties.
I wear a size 12 with Torrid & I got a size 0 in this dress & it fits as expected.

Lovely color
This was a cute dress. I loved the shape and color. It is a tad unforgiving around the waist , but that was remedied with shape wear. The chest area is looser, but it still works. I was overall happy with this dress and have recieved compliments on it.

Beautiful color and print
I'm giving this a 3 because while the intention is beautiful, the waist and hips run small and the shoulders are super big. I love the fabric and print but it's a poor fit. I'm keeping it in hopes I can alter the shoulders a bit.

Cute fabric, bad fit....
I ordered this dress online, since the Betsey items are not available at my local Torrid store. The lavender purple color and the black ditsy floral print is adorable and I do like that it is made of a t-shirt soft knit. However, as other reviewers have stated it seems that the bust of the dress is bigger than the hips. So it did not look good on me it made my shoulders appear very square and my hips appear narrow, it created an inverted triangle body shape. Whereas irl my bust is equal to my hips in actual measurements.

The dress is really cute so is the style and color. Downfall of being mostly belly and hips is that I need a size 3 but then the top runs too big and loose, every time I bend over a little the chest gaps. Sleeves slide around.

This dress is super cute and I love the color and print, however it is not as forgiving in my problem areas as other Betsey Johnson dresses. The style is definitely bodycon and form fitting and my size 0 wasn’t very flattering. Maybe if I size up to the 1 it would be more forgiving, but even the top portion of the dress was a bit looser than the bottom portion of the dress. That being said, it is still a wonderful dress. Maybe some shapewear will help; I’m not giving up just yet!

Super disappointed in this dress! The top is much larger than the bottom (so no sizing up here), the material is pretty thin and cheap feeling, and theres zero busy definition.
Bodycon dress that shows off everything, so you better have some great shape wear if you're not comfortable with that.
Considering the price I really expected something better made, and that would fit similarly to other bodycon dresses I've bought in the past from Torrid.
The colour and design are lovely though, but probably the only things I liked.

Torrid needs individual garment measurements. Shows every bump and lump. Big on top and too tight on the bottom—a no for pear shapes. Walmart quality at an outrageous price.

Accentuates stomach!
I can usually pull off a bodycon with shapewear but not with this dress! It actually made my stomach look significantly bigger than other bodycons. I’d have sized up but the top area is loose around the shoulders as it is and I’m large busted with an average shoulder width for an 18/20. Going to have to return. Sad, cause it’s so cute!
