I'm able to layer comfortably with enough room to spare. It is true to size and there's not much stretch in the fabric. Buy it! You won't regret your decision!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Everyday Coat I’ve been looking for a nice neutral colored jacket that is good for everyday running around on warmer fall/winter days and I found it! The Anorak style is one I’ve been keeping an eye out for because it’s a stylish, casual and classic style. I can go between a 0 and a 1 in torrid tops and I bought this as a 1 (last one!) and the fit is perfect. It is comfortable to zip, fits my 38G bust and still has wiggle room making me confident I can wear it comfortably with layers. I see what other reviewers said about the faded look to the black, and I too wish the description didn’t describe this as a dark black, but it’s not as faded as some would have you think. It doesn’t look brand new, but it also doesn’t look sloppy. It’s a keeper and I hope they make this in other colors (olive green, light pink, please!)!

I usually have to order one or two sizes up in torrid jackets due to my big chest. But turned out this was way too big so I ordered again in my actual size. Unfortunately the buttons were broken and it looked so washed out too. But I gave it a third chance and I am glad I did. This one is perfect. Love it so much. Good for fall and spring with or without a hoodie underneath.

However upon receiving it the material was different...Twill!!!! It’s far more casual then the first . And The Dye lot of Black is much lighter.. almost faded... Really missing My original Anorak!!! Where is it??????
