This is so beautiful and I'm so glad that I bought it. I was initially a bit hesitant Since I wasn't sure about the color. It's sparkly but not too much and lends a very dressy, celebratory look to what I'm wearing. I bought it to pair with a black pencil skirt.

Love the sparkle
I love this sweater. I think I wish I had ordered a size 2. I always go up a size with sweaters, but this one would have been perfect as size 2.
I love this style. The velvet tie is just a great addition, and embellishment just gives it that classy look. I cant wait to wear it for Christmas event.

Oh boy!
So, originally I looked at the skirt this model had on, but this sweater pulled me in! It's got tiny sparkling gold threads in it! I love all the little details on it, and it looks like I stepped straight out of the 50's. I didn't buy the skirt, I'm too short for hi-lows, but I have a beautiful circle skirt that I paired this with and some T-strap mini heels. I wish I had a picture. I was so darn cute. This sweater was totally awesome, especially because I live in Texas, and we have really warm winters. It has been cool, but generally only in the 50's most days. I didn't need a coat over this, and I wasn't hot inside. I did wear a very light cami under because I was worried about it being itchy. It wasn't, but I don't know if it really wasn't, because again, I had on a cami. My arms weren't itchy. Trust me, you need this.

I will say the photos online is underwhelming for how this cardigan looks in person because the shade is gold with gold threading giving it a beautiful shimmer. I read the reviews before I purchased it so I was expecting the gold, but I quickly fell in love as soon as I saw it.

I love this sweater. It’s dainty and stunning. I love everything about it. The fit is a bit boxy if you wear it like a traditional cardigan (not tucked in) but it doesn’t look bad that way.

Beautiful retro cardigan, it’s actually not a sweater but a light weight knit. But the detail on this cardigan is high quality. The buttons and ties are velvet and the embroidery detail on the cardigan is breathtaking. I pair this with a black satin cami, black jeans, and velvet heels.

Want the Gold
After reading the reviews I wanted this gold retro sweater. Gold looks good on me and so does black. Has any one put this in the dryer yet? Has it shrank? After being home during the pandemic I want sparkle. I guess I care more about what I think than what others do. I want pretty.

This is so pretty, and for a little holiday "extra" it would be just right. That said I wanted it for an "everyday" option and I'm not big on wearing glittery stuff to the office. I returned it as it just wasn't for me. That said, it's tts in my opinion and very pretty. Also seems well made. If Torrid ever made one that wasn't sparkly I would totally buy again.

Omg! I couldn’t love this sweater any more! The metallic threading throughout is gorgeous! The velvet buttons and tie give it that extra vintage looking touch! Perfect to wear alone or with a cami. Pair with jeans or a skirt! I recommend buttoning before putting it on or it seems like you’re buttoning it up forever!

Not Quite what I expected
I like this sweater. Just didn’t quite read it clearly that the fabric is not a soft sweater but a stretchy sparkly sweater. A bit stiff and scratchy. The sleeves are a bit boxy and don’t taper and hold on to my arm. I really wanted to love it but turns out, I like it and will keep it. Doesn’t fit quite me the way it does on the model.
