I had been locking for some cute boots that did not have a buckle on them. These were on sale so I decided to try them and they fit well. The shoes fit true to size, however, the calf was a bit tight. I do have large calves and I can wear them with tights, leggings and skinny jeans, but any other pants tucked would not work.

Versatile!
One of my favorite things to tell people is that men looking for stylish boots or costume boots can often find their sizes at torrid too! My friend needed Santa boots, but because of the wide width you can usually size down in torrid shoes/boots. He is a mens 12 which would be a woman’s 14, however since you can size down, I ordered him a size 13 and they fit him amazingly! Added some fluff to the top of the boot and it was perfect!

So comfortable!

These boots!!!
These boots are everything! I bought them to replace the stretchy lug sold boots because those just wouldn’t stay up. These are such a lovely replacement. The lug sole lets them be a little edgy but the overall look can also have the elegant equestrian vibe. They are super versatile and I love them

A Perfect Fit!
I have always wanted calf-height boots but was always a little shy of buying any in standard sizes because my calves would never fit in them. These are so nice looking I had to give them a shot and I'm so glad I did because they fit perfectly and were so comfortable to wear all day. Wore with jeans tucked into them and was able to zip them up without a problem. I have 17.5" calves for reference. They were fitted so I might not recommend them to someone with much larger calves or they may not zip up.

Favorite boots!
I bought these about a month ago and they fit perfectly. I wear an 8 - 81/2 in regular boots and shoes but found the 71/2 perfect. I have wide caves and regular boots definitely don't fit them but these gave me ample room - not tight at all. They look really cute on with both jeans, leggings pants, and dresses - I'm 5'5" and they aren't too tall or short. I love the lug soles and that they don't have a higher heel on them so I can walk for hours without hurting my knees etc. They have a more mat finish - not shiny which I like with these boots. I weigh 240 and I think my caves might be 18 or 18 and a half and there is lots of room - almost too much at the top but I like that look...

Cute boots but...
These are super cute boots. Love that 90's style coming back and I am here for it!! Only dislike is that the calf is a bit too small and is difficult to zip up comfortably. Only giving four stars due to it being a wide calf boot but they are not all that wide. Not returning because with a little effort and wearing them around the house a few days should stretch them calves out. Nice and roomy and wide in the lower foot area with plenty of room for my tooties.

Super cute but....
I've worn these about 5 times already because i love them. I haven't found a pair of boots to fit my calves in about 20 years because of my weight, but I recently lost 200lbs. They are ACTUALLY an extra wide calf, which i really appreciate. I do still have to use a lil elbow grease to get the zipper up, but once it's up it is secure. I don't feel like it's going to pop or break on me. The only issue i have is that they are very creased near the ankle area because of the way they come folded. I may try to get the wrinkles out w a blow dryer, but idk. I'd recommend these a thousand times over.

My calf is 20 inches at its widest and I have always had an impossible time finding tall boots that zip up all the way. These were pretty snug and I almost didn't get the left one zipped, that leg must be thicker. But the elastic and boot material had a decent stretch and I was able to get them zipped. They've already loosened up a bit after one wear. I normally wear a size 8 and these fit very true to size. I have fairly narrow feet and would not describe these as wide width at all.
