I love these ones they have that little bit of lace trim all around but it is the soft kind of lace, not the kind that hurts you or gets scratchy but the kind that gets soft and will fold and you won't even notice you're wearing lace but it still looks like lace around all the edges, and cotton in the middle I think it's cotton feels like cotton I don't know these are comfortable that's all I know and I have them in black and in nude or beige whatever that color is. Get them they are comfortable!

These are by far my favorite undies and fit perfectly. They don't make indents that are visible through legging on my legs or torso. Plus, they don't fall apart after a few washes! Additionally, I also have an ostomy, and they come right up to the base of my appliance without issues. I recommend them to so many of my friends!
