Great jeans

Awesome fit for my body!
Always thought I was a pear shape, but when I saw this model and realized that was my body type, I decided to give these a try. So glad I did! The fit is perfect for someone like me with huge hips and a wider middle body but skinnier legs. The regular jeans are all tight around the middle and then baggy and ugly in the legs. These give tons of room in the middle while tightening around the legs to give a much neater and nicer look. Thanks Torrid! Keep 'em coming!

Love from an Apple shape
Thank you torrid for making bottoms for true apple shapes. All my weight is in my torso and I have pretty skinny legs. Like I wear a 24 waist but am probably a 16 in legs. This are amazing!!! I wear these in a 22 because of the stretch.
Please make a skinny boot (not too much flare, just enough for boots to go under)!!

For apples!
The jean style that was great for apple shape women used to be called luxe, and now they call it midfit. These jeans are for women with larger waists and small hips/bottoms. It is fantastic that Torrid makes jeans for people with different shapes.

I am so happy to finally see jeans for us apple shaped women! But I am also very disappointed in the negative reviews. I was so elated to finally find jeans made for those of us who are bigger in the waist and skinny through the hips/butt/thighs/legs. For so long I've felt like I must be the only woman shaped this way since it's impossible to find jeans to fit an apple shape. So for the women leaving negative reviews saying these aren't for pear shapes...NO! They're not. But the good news is the clothing industry already caters to you. There's no shortage of clothes meant for your shape! So please don't leave negative reviews on the ONE jean not made for you. I need these and if torrid stops making them because of bad reviews I will be devastated! Please, torrid, don't stop making these. On the contrary, please make more styles with us unfortunate apple shapes in mind!

High front rise
When I first tried these on they felt perfect. They go right over my belly perfectly. After wearing them for a bit, I am realizing that the rise is too high in the front. The top cuts in above my belly button. It feels like they are falling in the back but they are not. It almost feels like I put my pants on backwards? The legs fit me great tho. Usually the legs are saggy on me in regular skinnies.

Great color, the back is a little lower rise than the front. The calfs fir loose, not really skinny jean cut. Still decent capris for summer, i sized up to tge next size and am glad i did.

Love how it fits my legs
I have been super happy with these jeans overall! I love how they stay snug around my legs. I wish the top part didn’t stretch out so quickly though. Super comfy over all, just probably need a belt to feel like they will stay out.

Good for my body type
The legs fit great, the backside kind of sags even with a belt. I think the rise is too high for my body type.. maybe not enough junk in the trunk lol. I would buy more though because of how good they fit in the leg. Little bit of stretch which is great.

Not like other jeans
I was skeptical when I bought these because I didn't think they'd fit. I ordered in my usual size, 20. I love love their high rise skinny jeans and was hoping they'd fit like those. The leg part fits great but the top is awful. There is no stretch to it and the top part fits like a size 22. Even with a belt I can't keep them from sliding down and feeling like I have a diaper on.

I bought these to wear for the summer and they worked great. The fabric is a little thin so it doesn’t really give your tummy a good shape. They are very high rise but, comfy.

Good BUT….
I bought these about 2-3 weeks ago thinking that I would finally have jeans that fit the waist & my legs. My body type is big from the waist but skinny legs & they ended up fitting huge from the legs even if I got the skinnies legs

¿¿¿Dark wash???
Really liked these in the longer length dark wash jeans, however these are more of a medium wash. Disappointed. But the fit is TTS(true to size). Can't exchange as they were a final sale item. No my fault, Torrid can't see the difference between dark and medium wash. SMH.

Love from an Apple shape
