Cute but.......
This is an issue I've had with all of the skirtalls. I have them in several different prints. The straps are too long and you have the tie them and I don't understand why they can't use some buttons and buttonholes on the straps. If you're gonna be wearing this be aware the straps my end up in the toilet, hanging, or falling down your shoulder. It's super annoying and can make you look sloppy. But if you're going for a specific luck it's worth it.
