Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable and stylish! I have pretty large calves and always have a hard time finding boots that fit. These however, were a DREAM. They not only easily fit over my calves, but are EXTREMELY comfortable. I would absolutely size down though. I usually wear a size 8 and bought a size 7 based on other reviews and am so glad that I did. They fit perfectly even WITH thick socks and pantyhose on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from can't believe how great these look! I usually wear an 8 1/2W-9W. I ordered these a 9 1/2, to accommodate orthotics. I am very short (5'1", with short legs) and have huge ankles and calves (11 1/2"; and 20"). Even over jeans, these boots "loosely, softly scrunch" beautifully, or can be pulled up smooth, to go over the knee. They don't look frumpy at all, and do not look too young; I'm a young looking 45. It's easy for me to look very young if I don't dress appropriately--which delights and irritates my husband--LOL. They do need to be tightly tied or (best) worn over tights/leggings or skinny jeans, but that is obvious. My husband LOVED them. He said it was the sexiest thing I have ever owned, in the 20 years we've been married.

Who'd have ever thought I'd find a wide-calf boot that was so cute and (dare I say it) sexy - all while being a low heel. I've had slight issues with the knots coming undone and the boots slipping down, but so what. They are awesome. Wish I had pairs in gray and brown. I like that they run a little large in that it allows me to add an insert for support (and comfort) and thick socks for winter.

Very comfortable yet still sexy, with a dress or with jeans I get the same fit. . It does slip sometimes when I don't tie them right but make sure you adjust the knot other than that.. they are perfect !!
