I will say you can go down a 1/2 size for sure. Got these in a 7, which is my normal size but could have done with a 6 1/2 but wasn’t available. Either way, super happy with these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute and comfy Super cute and comfortable!! Only downfall they make farting noises at times when walking. Hoping a little powder on the bottom of the feet will fix this. I usually wear a 10.5 in most Torrid shoes. I did size down to a 10.

I will still wear them but after spending $40+ on them I wouldn't expect this to happen after only wearing them once. And since I wore them outside the first time, I couldn't return them :(
