This can be dressed up or down. I love this Harper style of blouses, they do not constrain the neck area and gives a V-shape neckline. They are my go to blouses.

Harper Never Disappoints
I love the Harper top and have it in many prints! The sleeves are a great length if you like to have your arms covered, but they aren't in the way.

I love the design on the blouse, it's flattering, slimming and just looks nice! it is a bit low for what I wear, but a tank or one of the patches you connect to the bra does the trick. It is very comfortable and easy to wear with jeans, dress pants or a skirt. I have several in different colors and I love them.

After buying my first Harper blouse, I have bought several more. It is a little low cut, but I often wear a tank under it. (It isn't too low cut, just lower than I typically wear.) It's professional and comfortable. The colors of his one are really fun!
