Super Comfy
Soft, comfortable, and super cute! I bought the matching sleep shorts and I’m so glad I did. I’m between a size 1 & 2, and I went with the 1 because I am tired of my size 2, black Henley sleep tanks stretching sooo much after only a night or 2, and figured a size down would fix that. It’s definitely more form fitting, but in a flattering and still really comfortable way. The material is definitely a less stretchy material by nature, but again, still super soft and comfortable to sleep in!

Not for me
I returned this because I didn’t realize the moons are a multicolor rainbow, not white. I didn’t care for it. Soft and true to the super soft line as far as size though.

Not what I thought
So, first and foremost I agree with the other reviewer who said that they didn't anticipate the moon's being colored different than this listing suggested. I don't think it is randomly multicolored though and seems to be that the full moons have a peachy coloration and the crescents have a yellow coloration. With a different base color the different colors would be pretty but because they are paired with a dark cobalt/navy leaving color it just seems like an odd mashup of colors and I don't think it looks all that great together and will be hard to match other clothing pieces to it now. I had really counted on it being blue with white moon phases but yet again Torrid's pictures on their website fail to convey the actual colors of the product.. Sadly, this seems to be a reoccurring trend of Torrid's and I can understand that the lighting in photos can throw the colors off in photos and sometimes that is completely out of their control but they have the opportunity to control what they put in their description of the products and they fail at that portion miserably. It seems like Torrid likes to do the bare minimal when it comes to taking the time to write a helpful and factual description; not only do they not take the time to tell us what colors the shirt is considered how obvious the pictures skew it but I've noticed a multitude of listings on here that blatantly how the wrong color listed for the item entirely in the product name. I really wish Torrid would get it together since I do the majority of my shopping online to save time and doing returns due to their negligence coats me more time than it would take to just shop in store. Alas, I continue to shop online for the better prices.
On to the next issue I have is that while this tank seems to be aligned with the others in the same category when it comes to the fit and feel... I am still new to buying tanks from Torrid so I am more accustomed to other types of clothing items from the 'super soft' line and in comparison to other styles these tank tops just fall a bit short.. I don't mind that the fabric is on the thinner side since I always layer for added support but I don't find the fabric to be exceptionally soft or anything.. Soft - Yes; Super Soft - No. I also have found that I am not the biggest fan of how these tanks fit on me. The drape over my body a bit akwardly and don't do much for my curves. I'm a 2x and sometimes wear 3x for a baggier fit on certain items and I bought this in a 2x and it just feels way to loose in certain places and a bit smaller in the tummy; kind of like it's just kind of a boxy fit. I normally opt for attire that comes in a little bit right above my tummy area (if that makes sense).. The majority of the items I've bought from Torrid seem to fit the curves better and this one seems more like a non Torrid tank that is just in a bigger size. Normally I gravitate towards tops that can accentuate my curves in a good way while not highlighting my problem areas. This tank just kinda hang there. Anyways, I'm starting to ramble. All in all, this tank just doesn't do much for me and I feel like Torrid should step there game up for this to be worth the price tag they have on it. There's nothing that makes this tank 'Torrid special' and I am just on my last nerve with Torrid's constant color/description blunders. I could see being happy with this tank of I got it for 1/4-1/3 of the price on sale but wouldn't ever consider buying a second. Save you're money and your time on this tank because Torrid has much better options for sleepwear or tanks for layering daywear. Hope this helps!
