comfy and beautiful
I wear this as a robe around the house and absolutely love it. It's soft and flowy, the length in the arms and the length overall is just right (I'm 5'7'' and wear an 18) and it still sways and moves with me. I wish it cinched somehow, a belt or clip, I may add something to it. That's my only complaint.

The online photos don't do this justice! In person, the colors are brighter, and it is more shimmery than it shows online. It is very drapey, so if you have smaller arms, maybe go down one size. I didn't return it for the next size down because I have bigger arms and shoulders. Great for around the pool or a night on the town!

Micro glitter gives shiny
This threading is very sparkly and you can’t see it online at all. It’s very pretty! Nice and flows, since the fabric has some kind of glitter in it it feels slightly hard but not bad at all. Just a little stiff because of the extra sparkle threading.

Tropic Vibe Kimono
I love this kimono. The tropical print is amazing and there is what I’d describe as black lurex threads through the fabric for a lovely shimmer. I purchased my usual size one and the length is mid calf. Here’s the problem, though - the website says the fabric is rayon and dry clean only. The tag on the kimono says it’s 100% polyester and is machine washable. Which is it, Torrid? It would be nice to know how to care for garment! One less star for conflicting care instructions.

I re-ordered this in 2 sizes smaller since I loved the fabric and sleeve design so much. Plan to wear it on stage at a festival. I suggest you size down if of average to slightly busty build. The fabric is very voluminous and with the big pattern size can overwhelm us shorites. BEAUTIFUL design on this kimono. Bell sleeves at bottom and super flowy. Great for Summer. Thanks Torrid!

Not For Me
Really wanted to love this...has a different style sleeve that I loved and not too too longin arms, but the print was just overwhelming on my shorter frame. I even sized down and felt there was a bit too much fabric. Just too voluminous for me - it's a personal preference. It is a gorgeous print, though and there is a bit of sparkle running through it which makes it special, so don't let my review stop you.

Love the fabric, but…
I loved the fabric. It has a metallic shine to it. I loved the bell/ruffle sleeve. I returned it bc of the pleats at the hips. There El was extra fabric on the kimono in that area and it just made my hips look bigger. I exchanged it for a smaller size and even a smaller size didn’t help. Returned that one too.
