Almost perfect...
Pros: It's got pockets (pockets are important!) and is a great color that moves from casual to professional with styling.
It has elastic in the back of the waistband, but it is not a stretchy material.
Cons: It wrinkles easily, is very light and I will definitely have to wear a slip with it.
The way it sits on *my* body - the back of the skirt rides up to be shorter in the back than the front. This is unusual for me and Torrid clothing since they are cut for having a booty and I don't have to worry about it being shorter in the back to accommodate my hips/butt.
I always buy size 3 in skirts, and I got this in a 3.
It's knee length on me, which is normal because I'm 5'4".
With this skirt, I would consider getting a size above, to help resolve the booty-creep in the back and allowing me to machine wash it/dry it without worrying about the shrinking issue.
I haven't decided.
I love the color, I love the skater shape, I really wish this skirt was offered in ponte with this very useful medium charcoal color!!

Great color, but short
I love the color, but the skirt is way shorter than it appeared to be in the photos. After it came I looked at the photos on the site and it appears that they pulled the skirt down to make it appear longer in one of the photos. I have a long torso and a big caboose, so short skirts can get indecent real fast on me.

Great color, bad fabric
I almost always love Torrid skirts, but not this one. The fabric is so wrinkly that it's just unwearable. The color is great, though. This same style in the ponte fabric is excellent.

Complete miss for me
I was SO excited to see that torrid released new skirts FINALLY! So i ordered this thinking i could wear it to work.. WRONG! The material is sooooooo thin, see through and wrinkles like crazy. Im actually starting to get quite offended that Torrid charges so much for low quality items and material. I cant even wear to work. Waste of money unfortunately.

Omg, I am so mad I spent my points on this. It's super wrinkly, thin, too short. Just not cute. And when I return it I won't get my point back, but they sure are quick to take away points when I return something.
