These shoes!!! Sexy! OMG!
Someone posted a pic wearing these and I immediately went to order them. I absolutely love them. Way out of my usual comfort zone but I love them. These boots are sexy, classy, and most of all, they fit so well and feel great walking. I’ve tried to show pics of the measurements for my pair, size 8. For me they fit true to size. They fit my calves nicely. There’s adjustable strings so you can tighten or loosen from the toe to the top. I just love them. I can’t wait to wear them out. Grabbed the mesh floral black bodysuit 1758815 to wear with these. Pairing with jean shorts, skinny jeans, or dress whatever imo. I feel these boots are super versatile. I hope the measurement pics are able to help. I know it’s only the size 8. However it’s a super popular size.

Love them!
I received these just a few days ago and absolutely love them. The only issue I have with them is the fold in the middle that seems to stay even after wearing them out. I'm hoping over time it will resolve itself. They are so cute and comfortable!

I received so many compliments wearing these sandals. I normally wear a 9 but Torrid shoes are WW so I always size down a half size. They are comfortable. I wore them to a wedding and happy hour. Both times I was able to dance in them comfortably.

So fun and edgy-GET’M
I thought the footbed was a pinch longer than other torrid shoes of the same sandal size. But even with that get your normal torrid size… not a huge difference just a pinch. The shoe was perfect for me and I definitely have wide feet (a small percentage of my torrid sandals were just unbelievably wide this year not the case with these reg. WW.) the calf is extremely forgiving… shoelaces are extra long and stretchy…. Plenty of room for a ww or even an extra ww calf.. imo. If you don’t have wide calf’s these may not tighten enough to stay up for you/ it would. Be a close call. I normally can ‘just’ close torrid regular wide calf boots… and ones that lace up … I’m usually left with almost no laces left to tie and a shoe tongue that almost doesn’t cut it. These are PERFECT for a regular wide calf. If on the fence my vote is get them… they are so very unique.. you will kick yourself later if you pass up. Torrid next year please add this in a small light weight platform option… I’d definitely get that too. Thank you torrid for going out in a limb in this great fun design. Super excited to wear on next date night or with sexy outfit/ lingerie.

To the reviewers complaining about the shoes/calves being too wide: you realize you're buying from an extended-size company, right? They're meant for big girls with wide feet and thick calves. So naturally, since I am a big girl with wide feet and thick calves, they fit great! They're extremely comfortable too, and I'm looking forward to showing them off on karaoke night.

I was very skeptical on buying these based on the reviews but I am not disappointed! I usually wear an 8 in any other shoe, so as usual with Torrid shoes- I sized down to a 7. The only thing I don't like is how much extra string there is after lacing them up- but I had to tie them as tight as they would go. So you may not have that problem.

I love these ... They are definitely for people with w wide calf like me.. kind of concerned because I feel like my pinky toe might pop out kind of loose in that area.. they are going to look great with a skirt or shorts

Only for large calf
I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for a pair of gladiator sandals, so when these dropped I snagged a pair. Firstly if you don’t have large calfs like 18”+ (even at 19-20” they will fit sorta loose) then don’t waste your money. I am right at about 18” and I have to tighten the top all the way so some of the sides do gap BUT I waited so long that this isn’t a complete deal breaker for me. If you’ve got wide calfs you’ll love them. Not the most comfortable but not uncomfortable if that makes sense.

While I love that this shoe is wide calf friendly, it is a little TOO big. I have some pretty strong and wide set calves and these sandals still had room as to where it was a gap. I had to tie them extra tight around my leg and it was still some room in them. I would def size down.
