WAY too small, not smocke
It's really pretty and I had high hopes for it even knowing it wasn't my usual standard cotton. But, it runs SO small compared to other Torrid tops that it's unwearable, it shows everything. The material is nice and lightweight but it's not smocked AT ALL. I'd recommend it if you went 2 sizes up, maybe. If you got the right size it would probably be pretty nice, but again, don't count on it being smocked.

My first low rating
I love Torrid clothes and have never given a 2 but I really didn't like this one. When something says smocked I think it should be pretty stretchy but this has barely any stretch at all. However the most annoying thing was that this kept riding up and now seems to have lost its shape on the bottom after 1 wearing
