Really cute!
This piece is really beautiful, in my opinion. The velvet is nice, not too shiny or plastic. It is well made and comfortable for all day wear. My only issue is that I wish these bralettes were sold in actual cup sizes instead of torrid dress sizes. The cups are always just a shade too small for me but I make do.

Super hot!
I purchased this just because I wanted something pretty, and this fit the bill! The velvet & mesh together is beautiful, and this piece is super soft and comfy. It has underwire for a bit of lift, but don't expect much support if you are on the bustier side- this is most definitely meant for lounging, not for everyday wear. The cups are also weirdly small for the size of the bra. Speaking of which, it's super TTS, so make sure you purchase your REGULAR size! I made the mistake of buying a size up for comfort purposes, and I wish I didn't. I have it on the furthest hook, and it's still pretty big on me, which could contribute to the lack of support.
It is comfortable, the straps don't dig, and it's really gorgeous on. Now I need the matching panties.

I really wanted to keep this bra. It was so pretty and the velvet felt wonderful but sadly it was very ill fitting. The cups didn’t fit they were too small and the back was too big.

Pointy books, small cups
A shame about the bra, since it's very nice. Bought it on sale and it is okay. The cups are small, and I'm only a 40D. If you're larger, the bra is gonna be tiny in the cups, but large on the band. I got a 1 when I normally go for a 2. I could have sized down to a 0 in this band wise, but then I would have quad boobs that were pointy. Because of the seam on the bra, it gives you a bullet bra shape. Very odd. If you're looking for faux vintage, then this bra works great. But otherwise, buy when it go es on extreme discount.

Beautiful...but
I saw this on the site and found it so sexy that I couldn't help myself. This bra is honestly gorgeous. I love the velvet and mesh combo, and that it's longline so it offers extra back coverage. Unfortunately, I overshot the sizing and it's entirely too big on me. It's beautiful on, but holds absolutely nothing. I plan to exchange this for a smaller size, and hope to get a fit closer to the display. For reference, my typical bra size is 48DDD, and I purchased a 5, but a 4 will no doubt fit much better.

Poor execution
The bralette looked gorgeous in the photos but in reality the construction of this makes your breasts look oddly shaped. The material seems cheaper than what Torrid usually puts out. It looks cute in the packaging. I sized down because if I ordered my size the cups would have been way too big. Not every curvy woman's cups overfloweth.

Strange Seams
The seams on the front part of the bra cups are very thick and don’t sit flat against the breasts. This also makes for weird puckering directly over where the seams sit on the nipple region. I’m smaller on top so I purchased a size 0. Truthfully, I could have gotten away with a 00. Material is soft thanks to the velour. Mehhh… mediocre at best, glad I purchased it on clearance.

WISH sizing was better!!
I wish, I SO wish the sizing of this bralette were better!! It's truly beautiful. But the other reviews are right. The major problem here is that either you order your usual size and get tiny cups, or size up and get a waistband that's too big. Heeding the tiny cup reviews, I ordered one size up, thinking I didn’t want to spill out of the cups. Well, the cups WOULD fit. But even on the smallest hooks, the waistband is too big to hold anything in place. What ends up happening, especially since it's longline, is that the underwire comes away from my body and the longline waistband part curls up under my boobs throughout the day which is extremely uncomfortable. Feels like the girls are flying and hanging with no support and something bunched weirdly over them. Not fun. And it's SUCH a bummer because the bralette is visually beautiful. Apparently all their bralettes have this problem. Torrid, I expect better! You gotta fix this bralette problem, babe! We can't stand it!

Cute but weirdly sized
Another bralette bad decision on my part. Torrid doesn't size up the cups to match the band size, so when you order a 6x, you get a D or DD cup. That doesn't really work for me. Also, why was the band on this bralette like 5 inches bigger than the other 6x bralettes I purchased?
