I bought bigger size as wanted it loose and it’s perfect ,I would say it runs true to size .
Arms are generous and not tight as I have chunky arms .
I will be line dry as the designer rips may rip more .
Really cute to wear alone for beach or shopping or out to lunch with pants or leggings .
