My Bra size is 50DDD but for Bralette's and Sports Bras, I am either a 4X or 5X. This Bra is Torrid size 5 and it fits quite nicely and keeps the girls snug. The material is thick, and very soft...just like this lady ;).

The way it's constructed with the twist and straps makes it very comfortable, yet supportive for non-jumping activities (fitness walking and strength training for me). I also think it's easier to get on and off. I would buy more in this style! It covers me but it also cute. For reference I'm 5'5" 193 lbs with most of my weight in my hips/legs, medium-sized breasts. This size 1 is true to size for Torrid sport bras (I'm not familiar with other brands).

Most bras I have bought in the past have had those removable pads in the cups that never stay where I need them to be. This bra has left those pads in the dust and moved on. I can't say enough great things about it. This style would be perfect to have in solid colors too. It is my everyday go to bra. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve bought three sports bras in this style thus far and will pretty much buy all the other ones that come out in this style. The fit is so comfortable, love the thin straps along the back. It’s flattering and gorgeous, not to mention breathable. I wear it with workout gear and summer skirts. Would buy again!

I think this bra is really good for swimming. Although, if your intentions is to use it for swimming, I recommend sizing down one.
