Love!!
So soft and comfy! Not too thick. Lightweight. True to size. I am 5'4" 280lbs. Ordered the size 4 because I wanted it oversized. Perfect!!

My favorite!
Metallica has been my favorite band since 1988. I bought this shirt the day it came out! I own several Metallica clothing items from Torrid. I’ll buy one every time there is a new one! Soft fabric great fit. I love Torrids sizing. I buy a couple sizes up to have oversized, just my preference. I like that Torrids clothes are long... a lot plus clothing are wide and short. Not here! I’m a huge fan of Torrid and will keep checking for new arrivals. Thanks Torrid!!

I was so excited to see this sweater available because I am a huge Metallica fan. It fits great and is very comfortable. It’s a little bit oversized but not too much, just enough to make it extra cozy. It’s lightweight for a sweatshirt but that’s a good thing if you want to wear it indoors. Not so good for wearing indoors at the skating rink if you’re going to be spectating haha! I would definitely buy again!

Awesome design!
I'm a Metallica fan and had to have this! The design is super cool, and I love the colors. The mineral wash is a favorite look of mine, and the fabric is soft. It's a light weight sweat shirt, so you don't get super hot indoors while wearing it. You get an A+ from this rocker chick!

Favorite sweater!
This sweater is so comfortable and I love to see Torrid selling bands clothing that I like! It doesn't stretch too much, but I still went with my usual size. I hang dry it after wash so I doesn't shrink. Super cute with black jeans and leather booties to dress it up a bit. Highly recommend if you're a Metallica fan. Must have.

Metallica sweat shirt
I looked through all of the reviews before I bought this. I kinda panicked because some said it held grey & the dye transforms was bad. When I got it, I washed it & used the rinse cycle twice- it didn’t bleed dye at all. I’ve worn it several times & still no dye transfer. I will say that it is thinner than a standard sweat shirt and there isn’t a ton of stretch. I sized up one size and it fits roomy and comfortable. I could have sized up 2 sizes and it would have been extra baggy. Definitely size up. The only negative I’d say is that it seems to have some fabric pills from washing & drying. Otherwise, thumbs up.

I have been waiting MONTHS to be able to snag this sweater!!! It finally was available in a size 3 (I usually buy a size 2 for sweaters and hoodies) but, I had to have this! Came in a few weeks ago and is my absolute favorite sweater. Big and comfy!!

I love the neon in this sweatshirt and I of course love Metallica! The sweat shirt itself it soft and comfortable. I do wish they made this with a hood but I still love it. I like to size up in sweatshirts so they are roomier and this was perfect. I highly recommend.

Everything I needed
Let me level with y'all, Metallica is not a superb band, not at all... however, I do really like several of their songs, I grew up listening to it, but I'm more of a White Zombie kinda girl, you get their merch and I'll go broke... annyywhooo, you know what is better than the band Metallica? This effin sweatshirt.
The sizing is a bit off, I typically wear a 4 and thank god I ordered a 5, it is perfect, in every way. It is comfortable, form fitting, great graphic details.. it doesn't shed at all and the inside is still super soft after washing and drying twice.
This isn't a thick sweatshirt, by any means, so the price is a bit much unless a great sale hits.. but also, I run hot, so it is perfect for me! I hate bulky sweatshirts. The quality seems slightly better than most Torrid apparel I come across.
Hey Torrid, what you did here with this sweater.. can you keep doing that with everything you produce? It is love.
