After reading all the reviews, I decided to take everyone's advice and size down. I'm so glad I did. I bought a size smaller and probably could have gotten 2 sizes smaller. Even though this dress is considered a beach coverup, i plan to wear it as a regular dress because i love the colors. It has an inner lining in it so wearing as a regular dress should be fine. Since this is a beach cover up dress, there is no definition for this dress so a belt will be needed to help give you a little definition and form.

True to size and roomy so don't size up as you may feel it's too roomy. I love the adjustable straps so I can adjust for the occasion and comfort. I have it now in 3 colors. I love it!!

Comfy, light, pockets!
I love dresses in the summer for effortless style and comfort. This dress does not disappoint! I'm usually a size 2 in most Torrid tops, sometimes a size 1. I sized down to 1 in this dress and it fits decent but size 0 would have been better. Good thing they have other prints so I can buy this dress again in a smaller size!

I looked at this dress twice before purchasing, finally got it and love it ! It has a lining underneath in which is nice for not seeing through. Size is spot on. if you are short, then it perhaps might be too long for some.

This cover up is perfect to wear as a sundress. Not see through and fabric is soft and stretchy. I was looking for a multi use cover up for a cruise. Beautiful tropical fabric and could be worn as a sun dress.

White One Is Mine
I agree with all the other reviewers on this dress, the good and the bad. I got the white one from the store sale rack so I was able to try it on. While it is heavier than expected due to the extra lining, it's worth it to have the lining in there. I like the trapeze-style dresses as they give me personally a shape without hugging so they are comfortable for casual dresses, and love midi-length as I don't like dresses above my knee. For reference, I'm 5'5" and curvy/hourglass, typical size 1. I typically don't like pockets in dresses as others love because they just add extra bulk to my hips or if they don't sit right they bother me, but the pockets in this dress are great and don't show at all. Overall, it's coming with me to my next vacation in Mexico. Will I wear it to the beach? out shopping? to dinner? The answer is "yes" to all those potential options.

This dress is incredible. It's so comfortable it feels like pajamas but doesn't look like pajamas. Really light and flowy and has pockets! I love the color, its so bright and vibrant. I got so many compliments on it. It was definitely worth the buy.

I got this dress in white. Love the pockets, as usual. It has some weight to it. For me it ran big so I sized down to a size 0. I have a small chest,so if you are more top heavy stick to your normal size.

I love these dresses I have one in almost every color. The fit is so flattering and so comfortable. I wear at work with a blazer or shrug and for casual occasions it's perfect too! I'm glad I read the reviews and I downsized. A wide belt looks amazing with it too. It does run a little big and nice an roomy so buy your regular size and don't size up or even go a size down. You're going to love this dress and you can't beat the price!!

Wonderful vacation dress!
Love this dress. Bought for vacations. Usually we are at a beach for a week or more. I always have a hard time finding this color and style when I am buying for my vacation. Saw this on sale and had to get it. I sized down based on the reviews, fit is perfect. It is lined which was a total bonus

I feel pretty!
I just got it today and I love it. The turquoise color is beautiful. I sized down (I'm leaning towards a 3, but bought a 2) and it fits gorgeously. It's swingy!
I'm short and needed something to wear that let my legs show more than the midi dresses. I'm 53 and I feel pretty in it.

This dress is fabulous. As other reviewers stated, it does run VERY big. I usually wear a size 2 (including the trapeze dresses this closely resembles) but I bought this in a 0 and it fit perfect. I received a ridiculous number of compliments. It is much heavier than I would expect a "beach dress" to be but that is the lining. It didn't overheat me but I do live in Maine. I can't speak for all the color but the top layer on the multi-colored dress is thick enough that the lining could be removed.
