a beautiful dress
I have ordered several dresses from Torrid, and this is one of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen. It has a simple design, but the stitching is subtle and unique. It doesn't show in the picture on the model, but in addition to the vertical stich, it has two subtle diagonal stiches that extend from the arms almost to the vertical stich. Very elegant and feminine. It does have a slight stretch, so I recommend a true to size fit. I initially ordered a size 2 because of my not so feminine shoulders, but elected to return it for a size 1, and the fit is perfect. In addition, I ordered the "shurg shoulder" top in a size 2, and its fit is also perfect. The entire ensemble is amazingly simple in its design yet comes across beautifully. The color is accurate as depicted, and may not be for everyone, but sure looks awesome against my medium ebony skin tone.

Great Anytime Dress!
I bought this with the shrug sweater and I really love this dress. It's great material that has just enough cling. I hoped the sweater would match and it does perfectly despite the color description of the dress. (dress says one color and the shrug another). You can dress this up or down depending on your mood for the occasion. It's thick material, stretchy and clings in all the right places with a little give in the tummy. Fits just like the model. I will size up on the shrug though because I have broad shoulders and would like it a little looser on me.

FLATTERING!!!
Beautiful ensemble!!! I’m a 60+ years young grandmother and I wore this to a church luncheon. The outfit was perfect. Figure flattering quality material that garnered tons of compliments with my hubby as my biggest supporter. Felt soooo confident and beautiful!!!

Sweater Square Neck Dress
I always wanted a knitted type dress and when I saw this one had to get it. I went up one size in this dress and love it. I also bought the matching shrug to go with the dress. I must say I look great in it.

The dress runs a little big I would love for the dress to be a little tighter to show off my curves. Not sure if I should return and size down or hope it will shrink when I dry it.

I bought dress alongside the mini sweater. Upon receiving, I noticed that the dress looked too big before even trying it on. I had to return it. Sadly, I couldn't even get a smaller size because the size I bought was a 00.
