I love this dress!
I bought this dress to wear to my friends bridal shower and it was perfect. It fit great and was really comfortable! The tulle under the skirt gave it a little volume that I love!

Gorgeous dress
Gorgeous! The fabric is more of a fall/winter dress, but I'm still going to try to wear it to an August wedding. I did have to size down, however! I'm usually a 1 in tops, and a 22 bottoms, and I originally ordered an 18 (since the bottom obviously isn't fitted so who cares). But even though I have a 40DDD bust, the top felt a little loose and there was some gapping in the underarm area. So I ordered a size 16 and it fits PERFECTLY. Oh AND THERE ARE POCKETS.

Dress is fabulous
I usually wear a size 1 at torrid I bought two sizes 16 and size 18. 16 fits so much better. I can't wait to wear this dress for my big day. Love the vibrant color.

The PERFECT red dress
This Dress😍 wow!!! I am absolutely blown away at the QUALITY and softness of the lace. I wish I could give this dress more stars. The details are incredible and I love the slip and fluffy layers. The color is fire and it’s just a total WIN!!

Gorgeous Sexy Dress
I am absolutely in LOVE with this dress. I'm also an apple shape per the previous reviewer, but had a completely different experience with this dress. I'm 5'4 1/2", 283 & usually wear a 4/5 at torrid, depending on the fit. I'm large chested so tend to size up in shirts. I got this in a size 28 & it fits perfect. I don't like my clothing tight. It accentuates everything nicely & doesn't accentuate my belly too much. I can't wait to wear this on my upcoming cruise, I feel so pretty when I tried it on & I'm so excited.

Gorgeous Dress! I am soo soo happy with this dress! I saw the other review that didn't care for it, I too am Apple shape & carry most of my weight in my stomach & upper body, but I absolutely loved how this fit. I'm 5'4" & 283. Got it in a size 28. I usually fluctuate between a 4 & 5 in Torrid, but usually a 4/26 in dresses. But since it was a "fancy" lacy dress, went up to the 28 & was not disappointed. Came down to right below my knee. It does accentuate the boobage, & looks great, imo. I can't wait to wear this on my upcoming cruise!

Beautiful red dress. The lace softens the blow of the intense red color. Bought the size 30 I'm normally a 4 in dresses but sized up for the non stretch fabric. Most of my weight is in my mid section and this dress flatters the stomach area. The only thing I didn't like is the top half of the dress is loose so if your a C cup or smaller this dress might not fit right at the bust. Theres 3 layers under the lace layer so it might be hot in the summer weather. Save it for a cool night. 😎 but it's so beautiful. I'd go for it if you're on the fence.

Made for Short Torso
Dress is proportioned to be much shorter than expected. Also, has small crinoline (at least, an extra underskirt with tulle or something like around the hem that to make skirt go out a bit... it's not super securely attached so be careful). Also, it's not a square dancer's crinoline so don't worry.
Lace, deep red color, and neckline are beautiful. I like that the fabric under the arms is hitting at the right height (not "choking" my arm or showing too much for this look... good balance for me.) I usually wear a 4X/26 but this was rather snug in the bust for me (52D/DD). If it had been available in my store I'd have tried on the 28 just to see if the bust was better fit, but even so, I'd likely have to pass because it's proportioned for shorter person. E.g., I'm surprised how HIGH the pockets and empire "waist" are. Definitely cut for a shorter person. My right hand is about where pocket is... would prefer them to be 3-4 inches lower, but at least they're there (and functional!)... The waist seam on underdress is barely below my breasts, would prefer it to be about an inch lower. Dress hem hits low/mid thigh on me at 5'9". I'd prefer it be just above the knee like on the model. I didn't sit down in it but I think I'd still be sitting mostly on fabric.
Sadly, I have to return this because I have a long, not petite, torso.
