I bought this in red to wear for New Year’s Eve, and I am so glad that I did. I don’t usually wear sequins, so I was skeptical about wearing it. I decided to go for it. Before we even left our hotel, I had received 3 compliments on it! As we were out throughout the night, I collected over 10 more compliments on my cute red sequined dress! I felt like I was wearing the best dress of the night. The dress is fun and flirty. It is a perfect length, doesn’t cling to the body, and has a layer under the sequined part. It’s a hit!

Comfy & Holiday Perfect!
This dress runs a little big, but it is gorgeous and so much fun to wear! I wore it to a semi-formal Christmas Brunch last Saturday and kept it on all day and night! I received lots of compliments and felt very pretty in it!

Perfect party dress
I got this in red and as others mentioned, it runs large and it is roomy in the waist and arms. If I could have found this in stock one size down, I would have tried it for comparison, but went with my most common shirt size and belted it to help tighten up the baggy waist. Very sparkly and fun dress, has some heaviness to it and sheds tiny sequins as expected. I'm 5'4" and it hit a little below the knees.

I bought this to wear to a Christmas party which happened to fall on my birthday. Had to size down like other reviewers said, and it truly is a gorgeous dress. Sadly I was ill the day of the party, so now I'm trying to decide whether to return it or save it for Valentines Day.

This dress in burgundy is absolutely stunning. There were two in a local store, I’m assuming returns as it says online only. It’s so beautiful I decided to try it on. I normally wear a 3. It was huge. Fortunately the other dress was a 2. It fit perfectly. I’m someone that wears black. A burgundy sequin dress is sooo out of my comfort zone but I bought it. I will probably wear it on formal night on a cruise. I just wish it was short sleeves not 3/4 length because I get hot easily lol. Now I wish I could find the black iridescent one

Sparkling for New Year's
In 2020 I landed the first job in my entire career that allowed me to make New Year's Eve plans, and I promised myself a sparkly dress. After a lot of searching, this dress is exactly what I wanted! The sleeves are comfortable, and the neckline and waistline of all of Torrid's skater dresses are flattering. And it's so SHINY! I can't wait to show this off.

For mr's birthday dinner! I ordered usual size O and it's perfect! sleek but not tight and easy to get into. So happy Kaylee my go-to local store rep thought my idea of the Bj shoes would work. Couldn't wait to pair together! Sequin dresses can be hard to find shoes for! Now just need pair for last year's black iridescent one which everyone loved. Ordered same size 0 and perfect.

This dress is beautiful. It is way more comfortable than I anticipated. Size down at least one size. It is very forgiving. Can’t wait to wear it to a concert Monday ! I am 5’2” and it is the perfect length. Not too long or short.

This dress really is everything. I would have bought it even with zero reviews as I just had to give it a try but it truly is an epic dress.
And yes, SIZE DOWN 1 size. I alllllllways wear a size 2 Torrid dress and I was very nervous buying a size 1 but I trusted the reviewers and they were 100% accurate. The size 1 fits beautifully.
It's stunning. It's comfy. It's flattering. It's a show stopper and I can't even wait to wear it out!
