The belt is the only thing that gives it definition. I could have done without the breast pockets, but the dress is very flattering and comfortable.

I have struggled with dresses, not knowing how to flatter my body type, I have large(ddd) up top and a big booty (45in hips) but my wait is lole 36ish in. But i bought this saying why not lets try it. Pattern is beautiful, and i have since bought two more similar styled dresses from torrid because I LOVE the way this one makes me feel. I bought a 0 but probably could have gone with a 00. But i wasnt sure how the shoulders would feel. Still a wonderful dress and i love wearing it. Fantastic!!!

I haven’t had a dress in awhile that did that for me. The loose fit of the shirt dress style with the belt defining the waist is very comfortable and flattering. I usually am between a 0 and a 1, and I bought the 0 which was still pretty roomy. Very happy with this purchase!
