Wowza!
I am getting ready for an Alaska cruise. I have been losing weight and getting in shape for the last 7 months. Although me and my husband don't plan on wearing formal dress at dinners on the ship, I wanted a nice cocktail type dress to wear. I am 65 so, not a Spring chicken like some of the other reviewers but I was still loving the way the dress looked on others in the pictures with their reviews. I kept debating how this dress would look on me, as it is of a body-con design and me not being a Spring chicken. I have not reached my goal weight so, just really didn't know if this would be appropriate for me. I went ahead and ordered, as it was on sale so, what did I have to lose. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in the mail and I tried it on. Wow, this dress is nice! It looks great on me. I asked my husband for his honest opinion. He has no filter and won't tell you what you want to hear so, was nervous even asking him. To my surprise, he said, "it looks REALLY good" and shows off your work out efforts. He loved it. I have found that sometimes when you have a little "extra padding" on your body, looser clothes can make you look much bigger and sometimes the closer fitting things make you look thinner. Especially something in black. This was the case with this dress. Now I just need to find some "comfortable" dressy shoes to go with it! To those on the fence about this dress, at least give it a try. You might find you look fabulous in it!

Absolutely beautiful dress. I have the same dress in red and it fits like a glove but at the same time is veryyyy stretchy. And OMG the dress is sooooooo soft. Love, love, loveeeeeee it! 10/10. BTW I'm apple shaped but this dress still looks amazing on me and the bottom doesn't get baggy!!! Don't even think! Get ittt!!!

Got this in red finally! For reference I’m 5’10 and around 240-5 lbs and I went with the size 3. I also have this in black and the fit is exactly the same. Comfy, soft, stretchy, and form fitting. Ruching is nice, it conceals and accentuates. Color is spot on, not heavy or paper thin, not see thru, sleeves are excellent for my bigger upper arms, hits the knee, all in all it’s a winner. Definitely need this in more colors and patterns.

Perfect date night dress!
I’m 5’ 8”. My measurements are hips: 59”/torso: 40”/chest: 44.5”. My bust is small so the top was kind of big but it worked out. The bottom half hugs my curves and the length was to my knees. I ordered a size 4 which is what I normally wear in Torrid clothing & the fit was perfect. I weigh 327 lbs.

This dress is very flattering. It has details that flatters your curves. It’s true to size. I love the length of the dress. The sleeves are quarter length. I purchased a size 3 that’s my normal size. The dress fits nicely and it compliments your curves like no other. I love the length of the dress too.

I was a little apprehensive about getting this dress because I am so not used to wearing anything body con, but I am so glad I got it! I am 6'1", typically a size 22 for bottoms, 42D bra size, and am an hourglass shape and I think the size 3 in this dress fit very well. I like that the bottom part of the dress is almost double layered so it sort of smooths lightly. The ruching is very flattering and I like the sleeves (came about halfway down my bicep). Love this so much that I want to get it in other colors! Highly recommend!
