I needed a dress for a funeral. This dress was perfect. It's comfy and a great length for me, I'm 5'3. I also love the pockets.

Good4 chilly Summer night
Hella comfy but If I was shorter it might not work for me.
It went to my knee and I’m 6’ 0 foot
It was super comfortable and I ordered a size bigger cuz I thought it would be tight and 4x would have been.

Super cute dress!
I love these cute little black dresses Torrid makes. They are perfect to wear in any weather with any shoes! I am 260 5'7 and I got a size 2 and I still think it was a little big but I like that it was flowy.

Little Black swing dress
This swing dress is great! It’s surprisingly flattering on my 5’ 3”, 284 pound, petite rectangular-shaped body. It’s a bit broad in the shoulders, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Will buy other colors if they are available.

Comfy & cute go-to dress
I love this dress, I wear pjs that are similar but now I get away with wearing something as comfy as my pj's outside! I like the pockets cause then it shows its a dress not a sack. lol A little twist at the front boob area or tummy would be cute in this fabric too.

This is my favorite dress of the summer. I’ve worn it so much I’m buying the other color. I agree the pockets can be weird on this one but not enough to stop me. I’m a size 1, got this in 00 and it fits well. I’m 5’ 4” and it’s a mini.

Perfectly soft
Super soft perfect dress to wear simply or fancy. I bought it to throw on after water aerobics. Just something comfy to wear home with my crocs or sneakers. But this dress could definitely be worn with flats/heels and some pretty jewelry for any occasion! I bought the black one, I'm short so it's not a mini on me but that's normal/expected for me lol. Love the pockets. Got my usual size 3 and it fits nice. Would be great for the beach, too!

Comfy cute dress
I like this little dress, its comfy, not too dressy. I wear it around the house a lot as my go to comfy dress instead of staying in pjs in case company drops by. I feel it won't stay shaped well as washed lots though.

No pockets, please!
I know having pockets in a dress is a nice thing, but can we give it a rest with some styles?! There is a lot to like about this dress, easy relaxed fit and soft, comfy fabric, but the pockets stand out awkwardly and destroy the silhouette. I have this one in black, and I love it in all other respects. I'm 5'2 so I appreciate when a "mini dress" only comes to my knee, and this one does, so it'd be a true mini on most. I decided to order the olive one too when it went on sale, but found that the pockets throw off the look even more on this one (you can kinda ignore them more with the black). The style of the pockets with this particular cut and fabric just throws off the swing effect. The dress would be perfect otherwise.

Ugh…the pockets…
I bought this in my normal size one and it was too big. So, I ordered a zero…it fit perfectly but the pockets were terribly bulky. They stuck out and kinda looked bunched up right at my belly. Unfortunately I had to return both sizes.

Not Enough Swing
I had high hopes for this dress and envisioned living in it this summer. Unfortunately, it is more A-line than swing dress. I am pear-shaped and wear a 1 or 2 in Torrid fit and flare dresses and a 2 or 3 in Torrid leggings. I tried this in a 3 and it was too tight across my hips, and the pockets puffed out. It was too loose on top to size up to a 4, so I had to return it.
