Cute flower dress
I love this dress! The pattern is so summery and it's very flowy. This is like the perfect summer dress. Even with the lining it's very light and airy and comfortable in the heat. One of my new favorite dresses for sure.

Size down but BUY IT!
I am 5'2", 180ish lbs, hourglass, compact, 38H-40Gish. Torrid pants are pretty much 12s, occasional 14 and occasional 10. I can do 00, 0, 1, and 2, depending on what I'm going for. I purchased this in a 0 and received SO many compliments on it. I'm pretty short so it comes down several inches below my knee. Not what I love, but that's an easy alteration but I'll probably just keep it as is. It is lined. Nothing tight about it. In fact, I could have sized down to a 00. I would recommend sizing down one. The elastic waist doesn't dig in. The sleeves are roomy and therefore airy. The pockets are so deep! They don't bulge out in an awkward place. I paired it with a platform espadrille sandal. It is so cute. This dress is far out of my comfort zone. I do not like a nipped in empire waist and I tend to hide my arms and I wear dresses above my knees. Torrid does very well with pant sizes in different lengths and I wish that went for dresses and skirts as well. This dress is beautiful. Much heavier than anticipated as far as weight of the dress, not thickness of material. Breezy at the same time. Not see through. Length as expected considering my height.

Definitely size down
I usually wear a 1, but after reading reviews, I decided to order a 0. It's a good thing I did, because even the 0 is a little baggy, but it's good enough, so I'm keeping it. The dress itself is lined with polyester, but the arms are unlined, which is nice if you tend to run hot, as I do. I'm 5'5", and I feel like the dress is a nice length for me. You can't really tell from my photos, but it hits about 2-3 inches above my knees when I'm standing up straight. The lining gives it a nice weight, though, so it lays nicely and won't easily blow up with a gust of wind. The waistline is kind of at a weird place. It's a little lower than I would prefer. A lot of my Torrid dresses have the waistline right under the bust, which I feel is flattering for my (pear) body type. I don't think that this is the most flattering dress ever on me, but I love the pattern and the lace details on the front and sleeves so much that I'm willing to overlook the slightly odd waistline.

Great Dress!
This dress is super cute! I absolutely adore it! It's a little big in my chest area but not too big that it looks bad. (For references im about a 42C, typically an XL on most items) I purchased a 1 and feel like it works for me. I'm about 5'2.5" and it comes to right around my knees which I love! It also HAS POCKETS! Which is just an amazing find for dresses. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Not for me. Too big.
This dress runs big. I am typically a 1 and I was nearly swimming in it. The fabric under the arms is so low my bra shows.

I want to love this dress so badly, but it is just not flattering on me at all. I initially ordered a 3 because I am typically a 22 or a 2/3 at Torrid. It was HUGE on me. I exchanged it for a 2 and it is still too big. It makes me look much larger than I actually am. I will be returning it. The pattern and lace sleeves are super cute though! The sleeves are loose and do not suffocate your arms at all & I have large arms. I am 5’10 and the dress came down to right above the knee.
