It’s Fall, y’all!
Saw this in store and wanted to try it. Really cute for fall in CA (80-90 degrees in fall here). The shop had a size 6 and a size 4, option to order a 5. The 6 was way too big. I’m usually a 5 in Torrid dresses but the 4 was perfectly fine! I bought the 4. I think the 5 would have been too big in the bust (I’m a 48F).
I’m 5’5” and it hit below the knee, which I’m fine with but it would look ridiculous with knee high boots on me. I’m going to pair it with booties.
The pockets are fantastic!

Great purchase
The fit is great, true to size. Very comfortable and attractive. I purchased this as a birthday gift for myself and it did not disappoint. I will get much use out of this. I am thinking about getting a blazer to go with it for the winter.

This dress is so cute! It absolutely runs big (I wear a 1/2 and a 1 was a bit big for me), and it gives victorian doll vibes, but if you're into that aesthetic, it's just the right thing. I love the lace .

I just received this dress yesterday. It is gorgeous! Love the lace and fabric/color combination, reminds me of the Renaissance era. It makes me feel really pretty. I believe it runs large though. Taking it back today to exchange for smaller size.

A lot of material
I'm 5'2" about 180# 40H hourglass and compact. I love how the dress is lined. It's a lot of material. The color is muted. I don't love the back. I wish the elastic were a little tighter. If I were a belt person, I'd try that. It's a little saggy in the bosom as well. A little long but I'm short. So the idea of a "mini" dress won't happen with Torrid for me (most likely) but in a 00 I thought maybe it would hit around my knees. Check out how deep these pockets are though! I'm hopeful I can make it work closer to fall with some boots and maybe a jacket.

I brought this dress today. It looks very cute. I could wear it in the summer with a wedge sandal and then when it gets cold with a cute brown boot. I can’t wait to wear this dress. I would size down.

Online I thought this dress was so cute however in person the colors are kinda funny looking together the gold ish yellow ish lace mixed with the nude/ tan color slip underneath don’t look good together in my opinion I also think this dress fits a little big

TOO LARGE - SIZE DOWN
The photo online makes this dress look so cute, however the dress size is way too big. Highly recommend sizing down a size or event two. I ordered the Yellow and although online it looks vibrant, in person it is dull in colour. I wanted to love this dress, but it was highly disappointing. Also having a ton of trouble returning. The site doesn't provide a shipping label, had to call customer service several times and reached a call centre that sounds like it's outsourced overseas. What is happening with Torrid. I'm not pleased. Canadian customer here, very frustrated with quality of merchandise and service levels have dropped. Rethinking my choices with Torrid moving forward.

This dress is very cute and I love the fabric and print. The issue is the sizing. I'm between a 2 and 3 and the 2 fits big all over but especially in the bust. I'm a DDD/F and in most dresses the bust is a little tight or just the right fit, but with this one there was plenty of room leftover. The length from the shoulder to the bust line is also on the shorter side which makes the fit not look the best. Wearing it off the shoulder helps with this issue, but I wasn't looking for an off the shoulder dress.
