Comfy, lightweight dress
Cute, lightweight, deep pockets, comfy. The neckline is quite open and the sleeves slide off the shoulders - sleeves are just below elbow length, not as long as pictured. It does run pretty large... I usually size up a bit in challis dresses because they shrink when washed (even in cold water on delicates), but this seems to have a lot of excess fabric in the skirt. Still, I'm happy with it and got a lot of compliments.

Glad I kept this dress!
I originally bought this dress and considered returning it because it wasn’t long sleeved like it is in the picture. It’s 3/4 length sleeves. I kept it because I really liked the print and wore it for the first time this week and MAN did I get the compliments! Everybody loved the dress. So. Glad. I. Kept. This. Dress. 😍 I love it. I do wish it was long sleeved, but I put a sweater over it and it was fine. I think I’m gonna have to buy more color variations 🙈😏

I bought this in all 3 colors, and I really do love them. I got 2 in size 1, and one in a 2. If I were to make a judgement on size of this dress, I'd say moderately small. I'm pretty consistently a 1 these days after losing 56lbs, and I found the 1s were a little small. For example: The bodice area, and shoulders aren't big enough so my bra straps show. I really have to work with the shoulders on this dress to cover the straps. The bodice on this dress is made out of that elasticized material, so it DOES stretch, so it won't restrict your movement. I read some reviews about loose strings, that absolutely was an issue. Obviously you can simply cut them off, but it does suggest a quality control issue. The dress, as most torrid dresses has pockets, and all in all a very flattering, cute dress and I recommend it.

Compliments!
I love these dresses. I bought all three prints, but I’ve only received two so far. I’ve worn them both already and I got compliments both times. I’ve read the other reviews that say they run big, but I found the opposite to be true. I had to go down a size. I’m confused about this! My regular size was slipping off my shoulders and just felt… fluffy. I recommend this dress though. It’s flattering.

Pretty in Purple :)
I adore purple. Purple is my color. This smocked dress is the perfect color purple on me. I adore the pink flowers on this dress as well. I love the shape of this dress & the neckline of this dress. I love the smocked feature around the bodice & the flow of the A-line skirt. The fabric is cool & light & soft. I love that it has long sleeves. I love the pockets...a dress should never not have pockets! Take note: dresses are garments & ALL garments should have pockets! Purple has always been pretty to me & I feel pretty in purple :)

Flattering and cute
Super cute flattering dress. It does get sort of wrinkly, so you'll have to iron it often. It has pockets which is always a plus. I thought the sleeves were plenty long. The skirt is very light and floofy, so if it's windy out ( which I found out the hard way) the skirt flies up like that famous Marilyn Monroe scene in the 7 year itch!!! The bodice area is elastic, so it stretches there, but otherwise non stretch. I almost always pair dresses with belts, so that's how I did it here too.

Haven’t worn it yet but I ended up buying both prints. These are perfect for floridas fall. Where you want it to be chilly but it’s not really. These are made with a very thin material, could be nicer but I think it’ll be great for someone that’s sweaty lol

Very Cute and Flattering
I ordered this in a size 6, and it fits great. True to size. I wish it was just a tad longer, but I am very tall so that’s more of a personal issue. I did keep it! Definitely needs to be steamed or ironed. Fabric is actually not that bad quality! I read another review that had a defect in it, but mine was beautifully made. Maybe slightly thin, but I like it a lot. Sleeves have a stretchy band at the end, but if you wear the sleeves at full length, the band is very loose. I think it’s meant to wear higher up and you’re suppose to bunch the sleeves a bit for a puffy effect. The skirt part flares out perfectly and I find it very flattering. I have a rather large apron belly and a long torso so this was very nice. You will probably need to wear a strapless bra with it, I was wearing Shapewear underneath but you can see it around the neckline.
For reference I usually wear a size 5-6 dress and top, a size 5 bralette, a size 50-52DD bra, a size 5 bike short, a size 28 tall pant/jean, and am 6’2.

Pretty in Purple :)
