I'm an apple shape and this dress was very flattering. I'm between sizes 2 and 3 and I got the 2 and it was more fitted like I wanted it to be. I got lots of compliments. Nice thick material but not too heavy. I wore it in August and it was great. I'm 5'7" and it hit below my knee.

Pretty in white!
This dress is right up my alley. It has all the lines and features I look good in. I don't normally wear white but this dress caught my eye. I'm glad I bought it because now I know I actually feel and look pretty in white! And it has pockets! The eyelet feature in the fabric is whimsical and sweet. I can pair it with a belt or not. This dress rocks :)

This dress is soft and fits nicely. It's a thicker fabric. Not sheer. Very flattering. The sleeves look alright worn up on the shoulders, too.

Sweet and cute
I am returning this because it wasn’t flattering on me and didn’t quite fit my chest right but it is SO cute and I love the white for summer. If you have a larger chest you may need to size up.. I didn’t want to do that because then it looks so big everywhere else. I don’t really care for the fabric to be honest either but I still think it’s a cute and fun summer dress.

This dress is so wonderful, it is light and summery, and with the slip/lining it covers while looking so sexy. I love that the shoulders can be worn off or on the shoulders and with a nice pair of sandals it is perfect for b-b-q and get togethers.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I’ve been trying some off the shoulder dresses and haven’t found one that will stay put. This one stays put, plus it has the benefit of having a slip sewn in (hides bumps well) and POCKETS! This dress feels thicker and a bit nicer than some other Torrid dresses I own.
I did not find it short (honestly I wish it had been shorter) like another reviewer, I’m 5’7 and it hit about 3 inches above my knee.

I love the eyelet fabric, it feels really high quality. I don't think this looked quite right on me, it was hard to get the shoulders to sit right (they didn't look good when I put them all the way down, but they wouldn't stay up higher) and I think the flap over the bust is too long. It looks good in the model photos but on me it covered my whole bust and just looked kind of weird. It was a flattering shape otherwise though and good quality

I so wanted to love this dress. If you are a big boobs girl like myself you might also have an issue with the top of this dress. The ruffle is not long enough to cover the whole area if you have a lot to cover like me so it ends up looking strange. Almost like it shrunk. Other that that the dress is very good quality and super comfortable.

I thought the fabric looked pretty and would be great for a bbq or summer party. I didn’t love this dress on me because I felt the fabric was heavy, and it bunched thick on my waist so it wasn’t very flattering.

More of a tunic length than a dress, was not impressed and returned it. The chest area for off shoulder stinks too, better to push up for a sleeve look than off the shoulder. Overall not the best item Torrid has offered.
