incredibly soft
This shirt is so crazy soft!! It's a t-shirt type material. I was only able to get a 5 as it was on clearance, but it fits more like a 4 in my opinion. Normally I am between a 2 and a 4, depending on the item. I'll keep this as it fits similar to some of my size 4 off the shoulder sweatshirts and I like them to be a little loose as there is a band at the bottom that I don't want to accentuate the lower part of my stomach. The graphic is kind of stiff and plasticky feeling, but vibrantly colored and looks cute. I haven't washed it yet, but don't plan on washing in anything but cold and hang drying, so I'm hoping the graphic doesn't get all cracked or peel.

New favorite shirt
Since I bought this shirt it has become my new favorite. The fit is amazing. I've the off the shoulder look. Since my surgery I haven't felt cute. This shirt makes me feel cute and normal. It's big enough that it hides my ostomy pouch.

Glad I bought it, but wish it was more oversized and longer. Went up 2 sizes and it just fits. I'm 5'9 and normally wear a 1 in Torrid. Colors are bright and beautiful. Love the graphics.

I ended up sizing up because I wanted it to be a bit loose and after reading the other reviews I’m glad that I did. Material is so soft and it’s a really cute shirt for Halloween season. I’ve washed it a few times and haven’t had any issues with the design.

I bought this top a few weeks ago as I thought it would be cute for October. This is a light weight t-shirt material that washes very well. I also have worn/washed this top twice since receiving and the graphic is still in perfect shape. I am not seeing any wear to the graphic. I bought a size 3 and find that it has just the right amount of room to not be fitted, but does not look like a shapeless sack. Very cute with shorts or leggings. If you are in the fence I highly recommend. Great quality.

This is not a sweatshirt
I was surprised and slightly disappointed that this was not actually a sweatshirt when I received it. However, I still love the design, and the material is BUTTERY SOFT. Softer than anything in Torrid's Super Soft line! If I had known it wasn't actually a sweatshirt, I would have gotten my normal size. I like my sweatshirts loose and slouchy, so I always order up a size, but this is more just a long-sleeved shirt. I'm keeping it because of the material and design, but the description should be changed.
