I bought this dress for work, church and play. Changed the shoes and leggings or tights and you have work wear, church wear or for play. It is a nice length and good olive color. It looks almost charcoal gray.

I LOVE this dress. The material is fall weather appropriate- not heavy. So soft and cuddly. The pockets are deep, and the length is good with leggings or with tall boots. Wish they had this in more colors and PRINTS. I was concerned the waist would make my belly look more pouch-y, but its very flattering. The baby-doll waistline makes me look pregnant and there's so much of that on Torrid. But this is great!
I'm a pear between a 3 & 4 and got this in a 4. Fits great.

This dress looked so cute online and when it arrived. It’s the plush, soft fabric which has a benefit of the feel and a con of the thickness. It pills easily and concerned everyone can see my butt. Of course the return policy post tag year means I’m stuck with it. Torrid quality and style is so bad now. Not all fat people want floral print and poorly constructed clothing items

The dress is a pretty olive green. It is a very soft material that feels great on and it has pockets. The issue I have is how unforgiving and sheer the fabric is. I have included a pic to show you. I washed the dress and hung it up to dry on my window (I know, I know). The drapes are thick and look how sheer the dress is when the sunlight shines through. I have to keep since it was clearanced and will wear it on a cloudy day lol.

Nice and comfortable
I recently bought this dress in a size 2 and it is a perfect, roomy fit. I am disappointed with the pilling which occurred after only one wash. I will still wear it, but it may not look nice enough for work now.
