I went down a size. The middle straps of the three can be looser than the upper and lower straps. They are stretchy so I would size down. I am athletic, curvy, 165 pounds with a curvy rear end. Size 10/12 Torrid pants. Size 0 panties brief/hipster/lacetop panties. I got these in 00. I wish they came even a size smaller than that but for now 00 works well for my size.

But any other girl who is quite thick like me knows that it’s hard for us to find things like that that don’t cut into your skin.

I did order a size up because I always do that with thongs or anything strappy. On the other hand, I’m not sure I really needed to.
