New favorite jeans
My new favorite jeans. I love the color, fit and length. I am 5'0 and I ordered them in extra short, they are the perfect capri-ish length. I got them in black as well. Love them both

Like ‘Em, Don’t Love ‘Em
I ordered these jeans because I’m not a khaki girl, but wanted an alternative to blue denim. I must say I LOVE the brown color. The fit is good, but not great. These jeans feel thicker than others I’ve gotten from Torrid- this could be great in that they may last longer for me (chub rub problems over here!), but they’re not as stretchy/form fitting/flattering as other pairs. Still cute though, so I kept them. I’m usually a 16, but could have probably gotten away with 14s. I ordered the longs and cuffed them for flip flops. I like the longer length for boots come winter. For sizing reference I’m 5’8 and 225. Don’t have much of a booty, but livin’ that thicc thigh life! I have them paired with Torrid’s Harper Lace Short Sleeved Blouse in this picture, which I highly recommend!

Cute but not for me
I bought but returned these. I like the vintage stretch but the legs were to small for me. I have larger calfs so instead I bought the boyfriend cut and the fit perfectly.

Size Up
These jeans could use a little more stretch and darker washes, however, my real issue is the sizing. Torrid is normally pretty consistent in sizing and I had to go up two sizes for these to fit over my hips.

Not much stretch
I really loved the style of these jeans but they didn't work for me. Despite the name, I found them to have minimal stretch. I'm 5'5" with a 26" inseam and I'm between a 16 and 18, so I got an 18R. I have larger calves and couldn't quite get the jeans to pull up all the way over them, so the crotch was about an inch lower than it should have been. However, there was gapping at the waistband, so a size 16 would have fit my waist better, but probably would have been even tighter on my calves. If you have thinner legs these would be really cute! I love the wash and they feel high quality.

"Stretch"
Honestly, I'm very disappointed. The wash of the jeans is great, and I was very excited to receive them, but when I was able to try them on there is virtually no stretch. I've worn Torrid jeans before, I only own Torrid jeans, and they fit far better than these "perfect" jeans. My recommendation is to size up. These do NOT fit true to size.

NO STRETCH
On paper, these jeans are great. I really liked the cut and style of them. I can't do high-waisted, so I really like the mid rise of these and they hit a good spot on my ankle. HOWEVER, there is absolutely ZERO stretch to these and that made them extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't even bend my legs to put on my shoes. I wore them to work, thinking they might loosen up throughout the day, but I just ended up feeling sooo uncomfortable all day because I couldn't bend my legs and I couldn't breathe in them while sitting down, despite the fact that they aren't high waisted. I may try sizing up, but I don't think that that would help enough.
