I bought this because I need something purple to wear for Advent time. The shade of purple is even more pretty in person. It's soft and light weight. I will wear with a ponte jacket and ponte skirt but id also wear it with a pair of jeans. I had to downsize from 2 to 1 because it was very big. There's a lot of room in the back and the breast area was huge. I'm average 42D so if you have a large bust oder your usual size. I might have even fit into a size 0 but didn't want to make another return.

Beautiful & comfortable
The purple color is fantastic! I love the split neck and bias cut of the satin, it allows for a more swing flow over my hips. This is my new "dressy" top for the office and going out.

I truly love this Torrid top. I got it in the deep purple and I get compliments all the time! It does not wrinkle which is a miracle, and it means that it looks great all day long at work. I am normally between a size 1 and 2, and I ordered a 2 this time. It means that the shirt goes over my hips easily and can go with a tunic look. However, I've found that it looks classier tucked in so I don't wear it that way so I would probably have been better off going with the 1.

Punch it up
I am usually hesitant to order a shirt if I cannot see what kind of garment shape it is and its hard to judge on the picture and it being satin, so I ordered up a size, I could of been fine with my usual size. The sizing is generous, the color is fantastic, and I am excited to wear in the office. Its not too revealing with the front placket, but I can always wear a cami underneath in the winter time. I don't think I would wear satin in the summer, its too hot for me, but I do like layering.

Absolutely love it
The color of this top really caught my eye. So I decided that I needed it. The fit is amazing and the color is absolutely beautiful.
I also ordered the grey tank and I really wish it came in other colors like white and black. Blue and green would work too.
The fit is amazing and the fabric is so soft. It can be worn dressy or casual. I primarily wear them for my office attire.

It's dark enough to hide a medium to light bra. It's light enough to flow nicely and you don't get hot. The arm holes are a reasonable size (I've had a few Torrid shirts with MASSIVE arms holes which makes them a pain for work). The length is great bc I can wearing jeggings with them and my butt is covered. Tucking it isn't as easy as the picture shows. It's longer but it's possible. I really enjoy it. Great on its own or with a jacket/sweater. I'm going to get a TON of use out of it. I've been hang drying mine as soon as it comes out of the washer and it only needs a bit of TLC for wrinkles.

Beautiful color!
I bought it for the bright color and I was not disappointed! I can't say it's the most flattering shirt I have, but I intend to wear it mostly with a blazer so it doesn't matter. I just wanted that bright pop of color to break up the black blazer/pants combo. I rarely buy these silky items because the fabric is slippery and it tends to ride up in front. But like I said, it is exactly as I expected and I'm happy with it.

Great color and draping
I love the look and feel of this top. It does run big. (I usually get georgette tops--I think the satin runs bigger than georgette). However, it looks great tucked in or knotted, so keeping it :)

Huge Armholes
The color was beautiful but the arm holds are huge! The staff at the store told me it was designed to wear something over it but it is summertime, so didn't have plans for that. I've noticed it's been happening with a lot of Torrid shirts lately, so hopefully they can get that corrected.
