Sadly, the blue element of this bracelet arrived with many chipped stones. Bought online, I am going to try return in my local store.

Very disappointed. I went to put the turquoise colored bracelet on and it broke, beads went everywhere! The shell bracelet is still intact but I really wanted to wear them together. Sad!!

Was placing on my wrist stone, one broke, having pieces scatter all over my floor. I'm glad I was home and not out or at work. I am so disappointed, I have never been unsatisfied with jewelry from Torrid.
