Perfect Shrug!
This shrug is so perfect! It is really soft and the scalloped edge adds an elegance to it that allows for any outfit! I always wear shrugs over my tank or strap dress tops, and this fits so comfortably I am not constantly trying to make sure I am covered!

I love this type of shrug/sweater for flowy dresses. The scallop detail on the sleeve is very pretty. Goes wonderfully with the dress I bought with it. Makes a strappy dress totally appropriate for the workplace. One of my go to summer work outfits.
