Finally Torrid had made the sky high skinny the correct way for a plus sized woman with a lower tummy but a small butt and legs. The pear shaped women have much more options then us and we deserve these, thank you Torrid!! These now have more room at the waist but slim butt and legs, size down one size! Just like the midfit now just a bit more room in legs. And a bit longer so if your in-between buy the short length.

I haven't worn jeans in FORTY YEARS. I really wanted a pair. So I ordered 3 different sizes of this style, because I had no idea which would fit. I ordered a 26, a 24, and a 22...the size 22 fit perfect, so I took back the other two pairs. I LOVE THEM! They are stretchy and comfortable. The high waist keeps my belly in, and the slim legs hug my body just right, not too tight. I have never owned a pair of jeans that fit like these. They've come a long way in the last forty years! Try 'em out...you'll love them!

Comfortable and Fit
Excuse my dirty mirror and the mess in the background of my images.
For my first time purchasing Jean from Torrid, they're the most comfortable and stretchy pair of pants. I was worried the waist area of the area below the zipper would be too big or too small. They fit perfectly fine, and even the leg length is great. They are high waist and hug my stomach, and most importantly, it covers my entire booty, meaning when I sit or bend down, my underwear does not show. And the #1 problem I have is when I sit down high waist area of the jeans would hug my stomach extremely tight, making it hard for me to sit comfortably, and these jeans completely hug my stomach without the waistline dropping and digging into my gut. The length of the legs is perfect.

These are a great pair of skinny high rise denim. I feel like they may run a tad bigger than other styles though. I love the elastic along the inside of the waistband, helps to have that extra stretch when sitting down. The color holds well in the wash as the length was perfect.

SUPER comfortable! Great length... only reason for just four stars is because the waist is not, in my opinion, 'sky high'. It's definitely a higher waist but not as high as I was expecting.

This is my first time trying/buying jeans from Torrid (always get leggings). I’m not disappointed! I thought they would’ve been a bit higher to help in the tummy area, so maybe I should’ve sized up. But I purchased a size 24 and they fit everywhere and I also ordered a short inseam (I’m 5’6). The length is above the ankle which I believe is the way jeans are supposed to be? Lol I’ve been living in leggings for years, so trying to be more hip again lol. Top is also from Torrid in picture.

These are super flattering and comfortable. I usually buy jeggings, but they only have them in faded or distressed colors and I wanted solid dark. I was afraid these would be stiff, but they are super stretchy

Hmmm not the same
I’ve been waiting for Torrid to have more skyhigh skinnies, I was told they were revamping them, I’m not a fan, I loved the original sky highs but these are not as high and cut smaller in the thighs. They fit okay and I like the dark color but they don’t fit as well.

Odd Sizing
I'm a huge fan of the sky high skinny style and own around 5 or 6 pairs. I've recently lost a good bit of weight and purchased a size 16. I was expecting them to fit a little tight since darker colored denim usually does but was surprised to find the fit is almost just as big if not bigger than my lighter colored size 18 in the same style. I'm not sure if Torrid has changed their sizing since the last time I purchased a pair of these jeans but the 16 really does feel almost bigger than my 18.

Cute style, poor fit
I tried these on and regretted ripping off the tags an hour later. The style and color is so cute, but they fit HORRIBLY in the hips. You pull them up and they are fine for a minute, and after you start walking, they start sagging in the crotch like some gangster pants! So bummed and definitely have buyers remorse.
