Great summer dress
I'm a sucker for tie straps. These ones are functional not just decorative so you can adjust them. This color is stunning. This dress is lined but still lightweight so great for hotter days. The smocked top is really stretchy and accommodating for larger busts. Length hits me a little below mid calf and I'm 5'4.
